Yep, when Krull made the first batch of sigs I spend 20 minutes or so trying to get 3 to work. Always did in the preview, never once I pressed save, no matter how I resized them.It is always sad, that you can only have 2 or 3 sigs at the same time
I think I need to combine all of them into a gif soon. Always feel bad for the ones I leave out.
Oh, and I just read your outline of Bonds of Trust. Sounds really interesting. Are you actively developing this or is it still in the concept stage?

Just found out about this and played. The first chapter definitely gives me Starless vibes, which I'm fine with since I quite like that VN. The more humane scenes in it anyway. (Miss me with the scat, gore, drugging and snuffing.). It wouldn't surprise me if the other sister was the more loving one but still quite toxic in the bedroom like Marika was in Starless. So far, I can put every character introduced to the name of a character from Starless, which again, isn't bad, but it's noticeable, down all the way to the shaving of the bush. But back on topic, this was one of the only VNs I've played on this site that gave me a feeling of intensity.
The renders look great and they even add to that feeling of suffocation that I get from this chapter. The feeling that nothing can and would ever get past the mistresses. As if you don't even have a choice and you really don't. And I do like bitch female characters too, but only because more times than not they have a redeeming feature that majority tends to overlook simply because they act out in an annoying way. But Mistress Von Stern and Isabella have only served to get on my nerves and I truly felt angry for Heather, whom I've already seemed to grow an attachment for, which is also unusual as I don't really like characters with her personality type. But they are a presence that challenges your choices as well as your future going forward. So I can't wait to see what will be done next.
I'm refraining from rating this until Ch 2 comes out, but it's a 10/10 start so far. I wouldn't say I had any issues that came to mind as I played, but these are just my initial reactions after literally playing like 20 minutes ago.
Will definitely be keeping a close eye on this game. Great start.

Cheers! Starless has obviously been an inspiration, but I feel the connection is a bit of a mixed blessing.
In some respects, it's the VN that has most stuck with me out of all I've played. I don't think anything else has given me the same sense of "discovery". Even scenes I didn't find sexy at all were consistently thought provoking. Which is pretty rare in porn, so that was great.
But exactly what you list, the scat, gore, the constant drugging and general physical over-the-topness of the game ended up wearing me down and I never finished it.
So, I'm interested in the scenario, in elaborate scenes, in the more psychological parts of it, but I hope not too many people see the parallels and think Estate : Dominate will be as "gross" and then never even try it.
And it's interesting you mention a shaving scene. I can't recall that at all, so that was a pure coincidence. The real homage scene is part of chapter 2, and even though I love it, I almost wish I hadn't planned it right from the start to not invite the comparison even more.

I have to admit that I'm not into these kinds of games and the dialogs (especially Isabella) got me really upset but that also means you did/do a great job.

Upset? The conversations are some of the best, super funny. Isabella’s character is over the top but in such a tasty good way!

The problem I have with Isabella is she has none of the qualities her mother holds up as a result of pedigree and class and breeding.
She is just a sadistic spoilt brat, and unless the elder sister Elizabeth shows something better, then the Van Stern business empire is likely to crash and burn once Mrs Van Stern pops her clogs.
Is mother going to let the dynasty die because she cannot educate her own daughter(s)?

Isabella is clearly a spoilt brat, but she's only being like that so far towards her "inferiors", while the Mistress kind of reprimanded her for her potential slip up while doing ballet and shuts her up twice as far as I remember.
For Elizabeth we only have that tiny bit of conversation about her and some Vivian, and I have some hypotheses about her, but I've been wrong so far about what I interpreted from some dialogue (bushes and basement), so I better don't say anything.

Really nice first release. The writing is really good. Always nice to see when a game like this (which is made by amateurs) can make me laugh. I'm not picky about fetishes and (with very few exceptions) will play pretty much anything if it has good writing. That being said, even though I liked the femdon content that was in the game, the thing I look forward to the most is the route (if there is one) where we make Isabella our bitch. Someone needs to teach that little brat a lesson.
until now I liked what I saw! I hope that the MC is always kind to your little sister / roommate making it increase more say the desire with the MC or vice versa, she is beautiful! I liked the maid too. about domination maybe if it had something indicating type a counter every time so to speak (give the right answer) but that is what I think is not worth a lot but that would be it! the MC could be a little more "dominant" with the mother and daughter!
I'm not a big fan of a permanent counter or score for domination or any other variable. I think it only leads players to decide once at the start of the game which variable to "max", and then any decision after that is already made and you can only choose "wrong" by not guessing correctly which choice raises your variable. I prefer tracking individual choices. So if you behave dominant in a specific situation this has consequences. But you can behave submissive in the next choice and you get consequences corresponding to that. It's then up to you how "consistent" to play your MC.
No walkthrough yet. If possible I want to make one not too long after the release of chapter 2, but it's not super high priority to be honest. Other than the somewhat convoluted way I have gated the "darker" version of the shaving scene, all content is easily accessible. And while chapter 2 has much more parallel content, it should be pretty clear what leads where. No repeat of the gating from chapter 1. I think that was a design misstep from me.
