How do you get the scene with Isabelle? There's a folder called sleepin but didn't get that event in the playthrough

Took a peak at the code, looks like you can't be scheduled for helping Anja early morning, you need to be able to sleep in and dream. But can't remember where that option might have popped up earlier on.

Version 0.1 was actually amazing but it's been 6 months and every scene in this game has had a great setup, yet always ended in such a boring and uneventful conclusion. So what's the point? decent writing, amazing renders but this one is a task at this point.
Really didn't like this update at all. The pool scene with Mistress von Stern was the only good thing in this update for me. Way too much Heather here, who I absolutely hate, and wish wasn't in the game. I didn't even bother to read 75% of the update. What I have bothered to read is really pretty good, but the content just doesn't do anything for me at all right now.
I had high hopes for this game, because of the heavy Starless influence. It almost felt like it was straight copying it at times, but Starless was never boring like this game. I didn't think this would be a slow burn either, but it's pretty clear now it's gonna be one.
I'm not sure I'm totally ready to unfollow and give up on the game, but one or two more updates like this one and I done. I mean, the only enjoyable content I've found in this game so far are the images showing off Mistress von Stern's great legs and feet, her at the pool in a bikini, and Little Mistress Isabella in her leotard. That's it.
If the updates start picking up significantly, and we actually start getting some great erotic content with Mistress von Stern, then I'll gladly throw the dev 10 - 20 bucks for an update I really like, but I don't see myself doing anything more than that at this point.

Only have those characters to worry about, and you can create your sub and dom route / scenes with them. There's just too much focus on the troll here. She's like a poor man's Mitarai from Starless (who I didn't really like a whole lot either, but was way better than this garbage named Heather).

While I don't think this one is as bad as some of the guys here are saying, I do believe Heather is getting way too much focus. Yuridom is cool and all, but our bestie's been front and center of 4 of the like 5 major erotic scenes so far. Now that I think about it though we should've seen this coming from the title screen (Heather getting stepped on instead of the MC), it all just seems so focused on Heather's degradation/character arc rather than the MC's.
As for the slowburn argument, I feel like people only mind because patreon game updates are released piecemeal, so games like this are always gonna get a lot of hate. The developer has to find a balance between making a nice complete product, while also pleasing the patrons in the now. There's really no easy way to handle it but I wish him luck and hope for updates that can please more of his audience in the future.

I'll just speak to my own opinions only, but I was probably going to jump my current Patreon tier to $10, but now I think I'm bailing out until I see Update 4. I still love the setting so I am absolutely open to hoping it gets better and have no issue jumping back on if it improves. Also, I still appreciate the writing, but I thought the main scenes I saw (Isabella, Mistress Stern, and art room) were all worse in general than the prior two updates. This is especially true for me with the last scene which paled in comparison to the Episodes 1 and 2 final scenes which I thought were so amazing. It's really the last scene more than anything although I thought the Isabella scene was terrible too but the last scene for sure was the big issue for me. Slow burn is ok if it is positively building real tension but this time around I felt like the slow burn was just an author trying to overwrite and making it way too long to have enough images (I still think this update was only maybe 70% images of the prior one but not sure it's a guess) to have a decent size update for the game versus letting the visuals and body angles/language, eyes, and lack of writing tell the story in a visual medium without having to overwrite every little element of the scene. Sometimes less is more in conveying true erotica, emotion, etc.
The one example I would give from Update 2 is a single shot of the three girls watching Anja get spanked, that single image of them conveyed so much in so many ways far beyond anything words could provide there in terms of the right impact.

It's much more sadistic than Estate though, with needles, scat, bestiality, etc. thrown in among other more or less usual types of humiliation and degradation. Personally I found it somewhat boring, as I find almost all Japanese VNs.
And to write smth on topic of "Estate : Dominate" I'm joining the group of people dissatisfied with the new update, although I wouldn't be as harsh as some. I believe the game could use (much) more humiliation towards MC to make the experience more attractive and to make the slowburn of the opening episodes more interesting for the players.
