I doubt that there will be either BDSM for Penny or anal for Nova.

I'd say there's a 95% chance it's three of Nova, Luna, Penny and Nancy, but it's not obvious which one of them is excluded.

So far it seems the only real question mark is above Nancy and Penny and since Nancy got a full scene already and we saw Penny featured quite a lot in the last set of previews, she would be the safer bet.

I'm not sure it is even that bad of a thing that we can see things coming. This idea of "subverting expectations" often does more harm than good. Us being able to predict the scenes means the story has a natural and coherent flow that makes sense. Forcing surprise into it just to have surprise is in my opinion almost always a bad idea.
