Or even looked at!
While you could look at the files like Vader, I myself solved that problem with the snipping tool, cause the tool pauses what is on screen. Just a little bit of timing and then you can read.
And yes, I tend to run with odd solutions to avoid simple tasks that would require me to do something else specific :KEK:

Did caribdis ever mentions that they are going to stop making android versions of the game before?
You can play it with joiplay. It works, you cant click on 0.7 picutres in the phone chat otherwise it works, you may need to role back some time but you can play it no issues.

What if Chop-Chop is the founder?:unsure::unsure::unsure:
Jokes aside, the fact that Chop-Chop is always on the same server... I expect that he is more than just a shopkeeper. I don't expect him to someone like the founder, but who knows, someone who's somewhat aware of the truth around Eternum like Idriel is.

Also I don't recall atm, but I believe no one besides the MC knows who Idriel is. The fact that his father barely cares about him, as well him not knowing who is mother is along him being the only one (so far) with 100% compability to Eternum... I dunno, but something doesn't add up. I wouldn't be surprised if Orion actually was born in Eternum, and probably from the race that saved Calypso antecessor (sorry I'm not recalling atm both names).

There are a lot of stories where humans from the MC's worls (for example Return from the Undending Void) actually are the evil after some story plot reveals, so it wouldn't suprise me if Orion was actually sent to save his world from invasion by the humans on earth. The fact that even the governments accept Eternum as money really reinforces that.

My theory was already like several patches ago, and the more time it passes, the more I'm convinced that Orion or his mom at least aren't from earth... neither his dad is actually his dad.

And on top of the top of that the mc got his money back because the "prostitute" liked him/the experience this much AND he was her first customer ever AND she got immediatly fired/quitted afterwards.

So yeah her prostitution career was one customer (the mc) and she didnt accepted money for it

does something like that even count as prostitution? lmao

I'm not sure about the founder, but I have something on my mind about him...

What if Chop-Chop was sent by someone to observe Orion?
He appears everywhere for a reason and he really has a goal, to observe or protect Mc by selling him some things, and my suspicion confirms this, behind Orion there are a couple of people from above or somewhere from another universe who hope for something from Orion...

Chop-Chop is the dead soul of a traveling Asian salesman who was alive during the peak years of the Silk Road trade, but died while crossing the desert. He only got roped by the Syndicate to observe Orion, but in truth he just took the job because he senses the opportunity to swindleImean sell his wares throughout a much bigger market than the far ends of the Silk Road (and thus fulfill in death what he couldn't in life): the entirety of Eternum itself.

Cari's output prior to 0.7 has been around 5-6 months on average (with the exceptions of 0.2 which only had about 3 months worth of dev time following 0.1; and 0.7 which had 7 months worth of dev time due to Cari taking a longer breather during the Christmas and New Year holiday season).

Absolutely no way is he releasing an update as early as July-September, especially since he's planning to go back to the 4 scene per update format in 0.8 (as well as a shorter dev prog schedule, possibly going back to the one he started in 0.6, which is 5.5-6 months per update, though we shall see if he holds up to that promise or stick with the 7 month prog sched that began in 0.7).

It's all good, much love to the author and I hope he doesn't feel pressured with time constraints or being rushed to complete future chapters. What matters to me is that the author is comfortable and feels happy with progressing the story :) Quality over quantity.

The Founder likely knows who (/what) Orion is.

He's startled when he sees Orion in Eternum the first time.

And then at Warthogs using the device on yourself shows a render that looks like kid Orion and the Founder

Who knows what the backstory is. Maybe the Founder used Orion to create the first neural implant, maybe he was part of some type of experiment, whatever it is them sharing past history does remove some options.

What I find interesting though is the fact that he's surprised to see Orion. I mean, playing Eternum isn't anything out of the ordinary. His reaction tells me he thought Orion was dead or something.

Or maybe Orion died sometime when he was a kid (could be an incident that Chang and Annie and/or even his Dad might be unaware of...maybe he died in his sleep?), spent his time in Eternum for a bit as a lost soul and gets the attention of the Founder at some point before he somehow revives (either being sent back by Idriel as her ace in the hole or through his own willpower). So when the Founder finds him alive as a player, he gets spooked to see a familiar face that he thought as among the dead to actually be part of the living.

(Not that sold on this theory btw but I'm just throwing it out there because it could be possible)

I don't think Calypso is an NPC
Calypso is a real being, Eternum is real like Greed Island in Hunter X Hunter , the difference is that Eternum is made by powerful wizards and magic while Greed Island are made by powerful nen users. Eternum is not located in the real world because it is a magical world or in a different dimension that can only be access with neural implants which also I think has magical power.

I gotta admit, I think I was enjoying the rest of the story too much that I still don't understand the whole 100% compatibility thing as well as why Orion keeps having strange interactions with Eternum and Idriel. My guess is just as plain as ever and assume that the 100% compatibility thing meant that he was the most compatible to get the 10 Gems of Doom and rule Eternum. Has Orion's Eternum power also been explained as well? Its origin and stuff?

Nah, the lore dump at the beginning of 0.7 heavily implies that it has been there for a long time but can be accessed by dreaming/standard OOB inducement (albeit this sounds like an unreliable method unless you happen to be an Immortal). The Andromeda tapes support this (with the creator of Alien being implied to have thought of the concept of the Xenomorph by seeing the actual thing in a dream), as well as the events in OIAL (the MC's dream sequences). Nothing in the dump says it was made, so it's more or less like the Astral Plane (or the Caribdiverse version of it).

Edit: Unless you're referring to the "VRMMO," in which case I'm pretty sure the Founder only supplied the means for the neural implant, the inventory system, and the exit portals. Everything else seems to be crafted by the players and Ulysses employees themselves (at least as far as the player hubs are concerned, and not everything else which they seem to have reappropriated for their own use).

Also, the neural implant mimics the Immortal's ability of being able to project themselves to Eternum and thus creating a stable link between their astral selves and their real life selves. Combine that with the inventory system and Idriel's nexus and you basically have the means to facilitate a hunt for the gems, using the CEO prize as incentive for normies unaware of what is actually happening behind the scenes.

Likely going to be explained next update if the "Orion dies and goes to Limbo" scenario is going to be utilized (which would be a perfect time as any to throw in Orion's backstory (or some glimpses of it)). Failing that, there's still about 4-6 updates that're left after 0.8 so it could happen during any of those (at least, prior to the last update anyway).

Why? Has he just said that they are going to stop making Android versions? Because the Android version of 0.7 works just fine for me.
