diones 3rd ability is that it shoots whole cartridges not bullets. makes you wonder that when transformed into a bow it might launch the bow instead of arrow.

I didn't say it was the only reason (lel).
And Penny is anything but average. When I first saw her in the early previews I was afraid Caribdis was going to pull the "fashionable snobby blonde who's going to change her ways once she starts hanging out with the MC" card on her (which would basically make her Jasmine 2.0). Turns out she's anything but that.
- She has good looks but she's not a stereotypical dumb blonde and actually has some smarts
- She's open to trying out new things and doesn't see herself as someone above anyone despite basically being an up-and-coming Instagram celeb
- Her personal quirk is unique in itself (she likes it when people are attentive, but not in a "It's good you listened because I'm a very important person and you should always listen" kind of way, and more of the "Oh nice, you remembered what I said! How thoughtful! Thanks. ")
- She has an inkling towards BDSM (both as a dom and as a sub, if the hints during the Warthogs sequence are anything to go by)
So yeah, definitely not so simple.

I’ll take a stab at it.
1.) Alex - unique and badass look with probably the best story so far.
2.) Penny - most devs would have ruined this character by making her a typical stuck up popular blonde, but her character shines when she gets screen time.
3.) Dalia - sucker for the hard ass athlete that’s really a big ole softie.
4.) Luna - potential to have the best story of all the characters, this update should start that.
5.) Nova - she’s crazy which makes all of her scenes a lot of fun.
6.) Nancy - the super fine milf, but her story will probably be the most basic when alls said and done.
7.) Annie - most bland character so far, typical cute and shy secretly in love with MC girl. Hopefully she gets more interesting as things begin to get revealed.
