How to install the patch:
Windows/Linux:
Unzip the content anywhere, move all content to your main folder (where the .exe is). Overwrite all necessary files. (Half tested).
Mac:
You need to copy paste every content from the update only folders into their respective folders, overwriting where necessary, if the folder is not existing you can copy the whole folder (To see the content of an app, right click the app and pick Show Package Contents), PBS666 helped me make Mac update patches, thanks for that. (Untested).

I mean Luna still has a head-start compared to Caly who just had a scene after 5 straight updates of nothing but story-related stuff. So her chances of getting the full Orion salami experience before Caly is still pretty high.After 0.6 I wouldn't be so sure about that anymore.
With Alex I'm actually kinda worried that she had a penetration scene this early. As if Cari's going to bench her from the story for quite a bit before we get any follow-up scenes with her, hence the early sex scene.
