There is a 'Family' tab in the main window. Your family lives far away from you. You can begin interacting with them during and after the 'Family Trouble' storyline.

The requirements to start the storyline (copied from the posts I linked) are:
- Own the mansion
- Own a cool car
- Own all the firearms (ones used by gang members don't count)
- Purchase all the extras at your mansion
- Have at least 6 mansion security guards
- Have at least 2 maids
- Train at least 12 slaves (12 slaves working for you)
- Have at least 12 whores (12 whores working for you)
- Be a taxi driver a lot (30 times or more) and at different times of the day
- Kidnap at least 6 girls while being a taxi driver and train them at the farm (most forgotten step in the list)
- Have contacts/relationships with lots of NPCs including high society and students
- Have an excellent relationship with the chief of police (Mace), maintain it, and visit him occasionally at the strip club
- Have an excellent relationship with Tony and do business with him occasionally
- Keep fit and a good appearance
- Have a reputation score of 250 or higher - To see what your score is use this command in the injector: '<<reputation_player>>'
- Earn lots of money (amount depends on event/story - First 5 events require 5000 caps each - Family Trouble story requires 75,000 caps)
- Spend time at your mansion doing regular activities at different times of the day.

Try this and see if it fixes the issue. You may need to advance a few days.
Replace the two existing files with the new ones in the 7z archive. File location: /Evil 2/Evil/
New jobs won't be available with the Armenian gang if you have discovered debtors in the 'Debtors' tab in the main window that you haven't demanded payment from.

Fitness Center and Boxing Hall - Friday and Saturday
I have been searching the thread for stuff about the farm. There is no menu for it for me no way to upgrade it. I just go to old district click go to farm then it shows the kidnapped women. I got one to sign a contract after a few days and the other 2 have been there for weeks and it says they are fully broken no need to do anything else but they still refuse to sign no matter what. Their corruption is maxed and dom in at 0 will is really low but won't go lower. Not sure what I am missing or if my game is broken or something. Edit: also game is now bugged having constant blaring music that won't go away even reloading a save.

The farm can only be upgraded from doing certain unique events and stories. You need to advance further in the game before upgrading the farm becomes available.
With the slaves who refuse to sign a contract, it's usually due to them being a BDSM Dom. To cure them of this, you have to whip them a lot. Whip them when they are bound and unbound. There is also a cheat in the cheat menu to force a slave to accept the slave contract if you get stuck (Break Slave I believe).
A save game will remember any music that was playing when you made the save game. The music should stop once that song has finished playing. Post a save game if you continue to have this issue. No one has ever reported this issue before.
Yeah I did that and their dom level is 0 and when whipping it says you no longer need to do this and they get aroused by it.
This one won't go lower and is stuck in the teens for dom and will.
This one was a zero but I gave up on it for a while and it started to go back up after ignoring them.
I spent all my daily energy doing it every single day for weeks and they always refuse no matter what. No idea what else I could do. I tried making a fresh install of the game but backed up this version which I updated from the last version before this one. Not unlocked the farm yet on the fresh one though. Another issue that has always happened since I started playing the game though is after playing for awhile all images will break until you completely close QSP and reopen it. (the music did go away after several minutes not sure how long as I muted the game and when I checked later it stopped)

With both girls and in both cases they weren't trained enough in vaginal sex. I had vaginal sex with both girls you had at the farm four times and they both signed a slave contract after it said they were trained in vaginal sex. I'm puzzled why you were avoiding vaginal sex with your slaves...
The issue with the QSP Player no longer displaying images and videos is a long known issue. The workaround is what you are doing. Save, close it, and re-open it.

Follow up to my earlier question - out of curiousity (and so I don't keep load-spamming saves), is there any functionality behind your male high society contacts' wifes or children? As in, is there a RNG chance to encounter those when visiting these contacts at the weekend at 1700 for an appontment? Or are always new random NPCs generated in that interaction?
I mean, I could see a lot of EVIL content resulting from this... abduction, then ransom/extortion for favors depending on the NPC's job (freeing your arrested gang members suddenly gets way cheaper when someone blackmails the prosecutor with a video of his daughter), fooling around with the wife/daughter behind your "Comrade/Best Friend"'s back...
Honestly however, my guess would be that the game doesn't actually support checking for any relatives of an NPC for such a scenario. But a perv can dream.
