Yeah, i agree. I have played games taggd with sandbox for years, and even in the ones with clear hints like Mithyc Manor, i realized it ended up being a waste of time and took away my immersion, so i did that too, i dont play any more sandbox games, abandoned the ones that did (last one was Dark Magic) and decided that i wasnt going to start new ones.
Anyway, the Dev made the right choice, so i am happy.

I'm already working on Chapter 2 too!

Not all of them have the stat thing. But you still need to click 2 times extra to get around. Instead of just transition to the location. Bonus points if you need to click around to find the right location! Once again it adds up. Even more so when the locations are badly marked.
Edit: btw you made the right choice dev. Listen to the people on this one, most of us have played a ton of these games. World maps might seem alluring but they are traps.

The game is fun and entertaining but I really hope there won't be any Ntr, sharing or things like that especially with that detective Chad.
No, there will be some optional girl on girl content, but that is as close as it gets, and like I said, optional.

So, I'm playing this game for the first time and I've just gotten to the police 'interview' on the first day on the island. Why the fuck would I even entertain what they are talking about? I'm pretty sure the backstory I got on the kidnappings were that it goes back 20-30 years, with the first 'returnee' being found on the beach 10 years ago. Now the MC has been at college for 4 years and Grumpy McGingerpants set up the resort whilst he was at college, so within the last 4 years. So the missing girls have been happening for 16-26 years prior to the resort being set up, why is it being linked to the resort now? Why am I letting this pair of idiot cops set up a stake-out here?

A few reasons, the main one being that if people hear that they are happening even close to the resort, it will hurt business, this will also give you the ability to watch them carefully, and it is a porn game and that will give us the best chance for fun hijinks with the attractive detective.

It's interesting how there's always that one player out of every thousand who focuses on the story in a porn game. I wish there were more like that, but sadly . . . it's almost always about the sex scenes.
My take on the abductions situation is that if it's been happening for so many years to many women, likely more than one perpetrator is involved, and might span more than one generation. If more disappearances/abductions are taking place in the vicinity of the new resort, that would understandably cast suspicion on the owner of the property, as a new participant. (Plus, it helps facilitate the porn)
Not sure I can help there, but what kind of errors? Where did you extract the game, was it in a system folder, it is write protected?
It looks like your game is in your downloads folder, you should maybe try moving it to a non-system folder.
