There are still a few grammar and word usage errors, off the top of my head

I'll do some more read throughs and see what I can fix. Enlish is not my first language, so I appreciate all the help I get on this part.

Patients = the a medical term for persons receiving treatment, e.g. a doctor has many patients

Patience = The capacity to accept or tolerate delay, trouble, or suffering. (or put up with a little brother who's not doing what you want)

Funnily enough, the way I used it makes sense just in another context ^^ ("Don't test my patients").

After the footjob it's still evening and now everyone's gone from the house. If MC naps then it's finally night and everyone is where they belong.

In the morning, your sisters are completely absent until you sit down at the table.

That's due to lack of content, which I will address with the next update.

The stairs to the attic are present but there is no way to use them.

I had plans for the attic, but I will remove the stairs until I have it worked out.

You can't use any of the phones to call your father.

There was a way to call your dad, but I removed it without removing the quest for it. I will reintroduce it, when there is more to do.

If a blue dot is to indicate that you have completed a quest step it's not completing when MC helps his little sister with homework.

Yea I'm not quite sure what the cause is, but when you start a new game, choose the option to skip the intro, and then choose to "cheat", which let you explore all the new content immediately.

hand job from lil sis fuck big sis in her bedroom then foot job on the couch... that's about it. The game has so much potential yet so so slow on development. Mom is completely out of the picture except at breakfast and school ... everything is under development. Next update, need to fix the quests to indicate completed, ability to call dad, and some work on your hotspot locations. not bad but to be #4 its lacking a lot of content (my opinion) you seem to be on the right track just work some issues and increase the events more than 3... good work .... oh one last thing.. the music SUX change that shit!!!

Besides the obvious arrow keys being used, X is the X key, and OK is the Z key (or whatever you have that set as)

Loaded and fired up Version 4 - no saves.

Since this is RPGM, not Renpy, saves won't automatically be available in the new version if you unzip the new version to it's own new folder. You'd have to copy the <game>/www/save folder over from the old version into the new one. Did you perform that step and still not have anything to load?

That depends, the developer basically started over completely as of the release on March 8th. So if you're previous run was from earlier, then yes, there was indeed more content. I don't know that the developer went into why that was necessary from his point of view, but if you go back to what on my screen is page 4 of 7, you can see when the game was marked as abandoned and the developer came in with first build of restart.

Ah yeah I see it now, thanks. There were a lot of aspects of the old version that I preferred, so hopefully some of them will come back in this one (and hopefully some of them stay gone).

Don't feel pressured to change how you want the game to be because one person is too lazy to actually play it. The massage minigame takes a total of 10 seconds at most, so it's not like it's wasting a lot of time.

I agree, but it doesn't take me much effort to implement a skip option and I can understand that a minigame with a time limit can sometimes be annoying.

It can be, but isn't the point of the game that you're supposed to work for the scenes? If you take out the minigames or make them skippable, then its essentially just watching porn or a kinetic novel. Ultimately it's your game and you're going to change it if you feel like it needs changing, but if that's the case then why not just extend the timer rather than making the entire minigame pointless by allowing it to be skipped completely?

Speaking of time limits, the one to react when younger sis kisses MC seems quite too short to read the options and choose. Maybe it's just me, but I wouldn't mind a longer limit or no time limit on reactions.
