does anybody knows or are there hints that the MC grows some balls or is this the kind of story where you are screwed over level 9000 and stay that little nice guy? I only know this mostly from ntr or cuck games but is the MC actually acting like he has been betrayed like this?
I haven't played it yet, because I fear I am forced to be some spineless guy.. :/

Does someone else agree that the dev maybe could add a overview of all the names and characters because it confuses me a little bit as there quite a lot of girls who dont have a lot of content yet.

The first update was pretty criptic but that's why I liked it. (Probably because of those amazings renders too Charlotte, and the girl Celeste was talking at the party (before she even talk to the MC) got me. I do like the others too.)
This update, like the first one is a bit short but was pretty cool. I do like this mysterious start, and the fact that Olivia will probably feel guilty.

Was sitting on this one for a bit,thought it would be just another college fuck em all porn novel but its actually pretty good so far. Seems story driven and that's always good. The MC looks like a 30 year old with a receding hairline lol but if it's pov(like in CH 2) then I don't mind. Also the MC seems liks a decent guy not ur typical college VN MCs, I just hope he's not a pushover. I Didn't like the fact that he just left Celeste to walk alone home at night just so he could get his phone charged so he could answer Olivia, it's a very simp thing to do ,tho I know he didn't do it for that reason.
Some of the characters looks unique, I don't think I've scene Celeste, Victoria, Ellie or the bathroom girls character models before in any of the VNs I've played so that's good cause I'm tired of seeing the same faces in 90% of the games here. That said, i'm looking forward to the next update.

I know plenty of women who were brainwashed by their mothers to the point where they sound and act like their twin, especially the single ones. Melissa seems to be headed in that direction, although she still could change. I have to say though, the ending scene with her and Olivia was cold, she even blocked Ellie calling her "Collateral Damage". I thought to myself as I got slightly aroused "What a cold bitch." If her mother is anything like that then the MC may have a problem on his hand. But I was more surprised that Olivia went along with it, her and the MC seemed to have a pretty tight relationship. Nevertheless, it looks like some good ole juicy drama is heading our way, I wanna know how the MC handles this.

Short but sweet, didn't quite understand how everyone was/wasn't related or why the MC lived with Kate/Melissa/Olivia, hope we get more background on their relationships. Game needs a lot more choices, as is it is more of a kinetic novel (two choices in two episodes?). Interested to see where this goes but really needs more content before I can really judge it.
I've just made a quick update post over on Patreon - I thought I would update those here that are following the thread, too. As it has been a couple of months since I last posted, and I'm sure some of you are interested in how development is going. I'm behind a little because of a huge work project coming to an end, but now that that's over I've got more free time to finish off Episode 3. Here's the post:
Episode 3 is not ready yet! But it's not far away from completion. My plan is still to release two updates by the end of the year - so you can expect Episode 3 to drop some time in November.
This post is the first of many over the next few weeks that will be showcasing features of the next update. I've done a quick makeover of some of the branding for Excluded and have also updated the game's UI to fit with it. There were some complaints about the thin font being used. So I've switched over to a bolder font that is more readable. The UI has also been updated with some better functionality like the option to disable/enable screen effects, and a changelog has been added in-game to keep everyone up to date with development.
A new minimal main menu puts randomly selected character portraits at the forefront, these will be updated periodically. In the future I plan on adding bonus images to the main menu that are unlocked once you meet certain in-game checkpoints. All of the in-game menus have been given the same treatment to maintain a consistent look.
Here's a bonus render of Ellie for you guys because I feel bad about the long gap between updates. Patrons have already seen Ellie's updated textures - images from this set are going up this weekend for all Patron tiers as a quick thanks. As the release of Episode 3 is getting closer I'll be posting more behind scenes/update posts like this over there, but will also try and trickle in a couple of posts on here (or Twitter) too.

Good to hear that release is getting closer, and good to see you also posting news here. I would think more people would be willing to support devs that don't gate keep news like this.

Not liking this one so much . I will be honest here the writing feels off , the story makes no sense it is not realistic at all. This is just my opinion.
Ellie helped Olivia to get into college , they betray MC and Ellie who helped them . It makes no sense at all , because Ellie helped them they would thank her not betray her and unfriend her as collateral damage.
Their mother doesn't like the MC for some reason and doesn't want them both at college so betrays MC but lets the daughter get to college after betraying her own daughter ( this is not confirmed but if this is it , it's weird)
Melissa and Olivia betray MC, and Melissa grabs Olivia phone and unfriends him , they betrayed him , and never called him and when they finally call just because his phone have no battery , it means he doesn't care about them and they block him . Makes absolutely no sense . Is it only me that can see the writing doesn't feel realistic at all .

No close friend / adopted sibling would block each other over such tiny thing , no friend would betray another friend for helping her sister to get into college , and then leave like that . The story makes no sense at all , and it's so far disappointing. So yes i am mad at the chapter 2 ending not mad at the characters but at how unrealistic the story and characters are , i am mad at how good the game looks but sadly that is the only thing this game have right now , because the story isn't there , makes no sense , is badly written so far.

Hey everyone, I'm just mirroring this post here from Patreon to try and inform as many people as possible. This should let you in on what I'm planning for the future.
When I started this project I wanted to avoid huge gaps of several months between updates...
Things started off well but at the end of 2022 I ran into some PC issues that took more than a few weeks to resolve. This made me realize how easy it is to get behind on content and end up leaving you guys in the dark waiting for news. Being behind schedule and using all of my free time working on the update meant that it was hard to find time for posting here and starting up other promotional stuff like social media, Discord, etc.
I want to avoid this happening again. Going forward I'll be able to release episodes with much shorter gaps in between them - but to do so I'll be delaying any updates for likely the next couple of months. The plan is to get a good amount of development done on Episode 4 before I send out Episode 3. The update cycle will continue to work much like that in the future. Essentially allowing me to bank up content/development time on each update so that if I run into any issues it won't massively impact the release schedule (avoiding the issue we have now of the huge wait since Episode 2). Working this way will also give me some free time to post here more often, read and implement feedback, work on bonus patron content and so on.
TL;DR: Sadly there won't be an update this month or next month (sorry!), but this will allow me to stick to a consistent release schedule in the future - which is better for everybody in the long run.
Delaying now for a little while means that I can deliver a better experience long term which is very important to me. Hope y'all understand!
