Does anyone know the breakpoints to unlock fetishes? Like how Exhibitionism unlocks at 1600 lust for public sex?

Not sure if the dev is on this forum, but I'm the one who did a translation quite a while back, probably 0.2. I haven't worked on it since then because this was my first time translating anything, and hoh boy was it more time-consuming than I expected. Dev is Chinese btw.
Yes the game is massive, because the dev chose to use massive uncompressed images. This is their first game, and it's nowhere near complete. If you're looking for a complete experience, feel free to wait a couple years. v0.7 isn't "70% to full release", it's "7th WIP version".
The dev made a v0.7 Easy mode to make combat way less tedious. I'm not sure which version this one on F95 is, but I use MTool so it doesn't really affect me.
A few things to note:
Here's a brief "walkthrough". It might not be 100% accurate, but it shouldn't be too far off.
Here's a list of H scenes/combats available in v0.7 (I might have missed some). Game over H is available for all combats, but you have to choose the give up ability to get there. You don't respawn after game overs, so save before trying. By default, you just retreat. Also, there's no gallery yet.

A few things to note:
- The game is grindy as hell. You need to clear the entire map of enemies multiple times to advance/unlock new areas.
- Mechanics are a mess. Things will change between versions because the dev hasn't got things figured out yet. Expect no balance whatsoever.
- Use hacks to make your life easier. I use MTool to adjust vars and switches on the fly.
- Pregnancy doesn't do much except prevent retreat in-combat, and prevent events out-of-combat.
Here's a brief "walkthrough". It might not be 100% accurate, but it shouldn't be too far off.
- Head south via the subway, change to the policewoman uniform at the top-left, and enter the police station
- Change back to casual wear and spam ride the subway until you encounter the molester
- Change back to policewoman uniform and spam ride the subway until you fight the molester and win. (Really spam it, the encounter rate at the start is very low)
- Go to the interrogation room (the one left of the police station)
- Head to the chemical factory (Suburbs-> East End -> Top right), walk into the room on the left and change to the Stealth Suit.
- Head into the factory and win.
- Change back to policewoman uniform and head to the interrogation room.
- Head to the dog forest (South Side -> Head Left -> Head South) and kill everything.
- Leave the dog forest, go back in and kill everything again two more times (so clear the map three times)
- The boss cave at the bottom left should unlock now. Go in and kill it.
- Head to the police station to unlock the goblin forest.
- Clear the goblin forest three times.
- Go back to the dog forest, kill everything to unlock the dog cave (bottom right).
- You know the drill, clear the dog cave three times (You need to clear the forest to open the cave each time)
- Go back to the goblin forest, kill everything to open the boss in the bottom left.
- Save before entering the boss room, this is a point of no return.
- You cannot win this boss fight, so just lose it. You'll change to a new character after this.
- This new character can only fight in the dog forest. This is the end of current content.

This is likely an issue caused by the massive images. That plus the lack of optimisation = poor performance.
First, I have no idea that this game can weigh more than 5 gigabytes, all the scenes are the simplest and laziest 3dCG, which also manage to slow down and be late in the gameplay.
Secondly, I started playing with cheats from the very beginning (adjusted the price tags, characteristics, etc.) and already faced an easy opportunity to screw up my game, so without cheats it's even faster. If you intentionally pumped up certain fetishes (in my case with dogs), then moving on to new stages or new types of the same enemies, you find that it is impossible to continue playing, because new enemies accumulate excitement completely in one move, let you go around in a circle, impose a camp and continue indefinitely, in an honest way it is there is no way to fix it.
The third is a poor economic system and levers of pressure on the player in the form of paying rent EVERY GOD KNOWS DAY, it's still disgusting, because you are constantly being forced to go back to change into ordinary clothes and so on ad infinitum.
Buying medicines is unjustified, if you have already gone down an inclined path, medicine will take off at most 1% of what you have accumulated, but it is expensive.
The fourth is a stupid stretching of the plot, you bitch are forced to farm the same NPCs at the location for 5 rounds to promote the plot. Sometimes it is stupidly unclear what to do next (there is no task diary), because you have already killed the boss how many times and it is not clear whether you need to clean the same location again to kill the same boss again.
The pleasure is dubious. For the sake of bestiality or other pleasing fetishes, I do not recommend it.

Your game shows amazing potential, if polished and refined more it can be as good as Karryns prison. But for now it needs some work.

if you refine the game more it can be a porn masterpiece.

This may be a really good game in the future.
Sex scenes are hot, but mechanics needs a lot of work, like pregnancy that doesn't exist, etc.
The game currently is made for "Screen Width"="3840", "Screen Height"="2160", but doesn't look good at 1280x720 because of weird maps and fonts resizing (maps at center of the screen are too small to view details, same for some UI elements that needs to press F3 and scroll to view their details).

Yeah, you need to clear all of the dogs on the map again. You'll have to do it a 3rd time and clear the boss a 2nd time to move to the next area. Same thing for the goblins, you need to clear their map 3 times before you can spawn the next enemy to fight.
