I just always assumed it went from 1 to 9. For example, after 0.0.9 one would get 0.1.0, and after 0.9.0 one would get 1.0.0 and so on. But I guess not. That's because version number don't mean anything, except when you compare them with other version numbers of the same game/software, i.e. v0.11.0 comes after v0.10.0 and has allegedly more content/bug fixes.
There's no Version Number Control Board where a group of old software developers would gather and talk about how version numbers should be, how they should start or any of that nonsense.
You can start at version 3. and incrementally add decimals of Pi 3.1, 3.14 (that's what TeX does) ... or you can start at version 1, then version 2 ...
The current content doesn't actually have any of that as we speak, so yes you are correct in that sense... But knowing it's popularity amongst developers these days, the fact both family members are integrated into the game play and not just characters that appear in story format and vanish, mixed with incest being in the tags and in the genre of the OP of this thread... All that information seems to be pushing in the family sex direction... Regardless if it is directly implied in the current content or not, because it is hinted at... Otherwise, why include them in the game play mechanics (aka you can visit and interact with them both)... This isn't a Visual Novel, so their inclusion doesn't seem to support the overall plot beyond being possible targets for the protagonists lustful quest... The fact that you used the word "possibility" doesn't help the case either...Hello there, I am going to clarify some issues regarding this game..
[last sentence] A possibility that is totally not implicit in the game whatsoever in any way or any case !
I am aware of this bug, but it does not inflict enough torture into the player to warant a quick fix, it will be resolved in the next version
If you want to get a better picture of where I'm aiming at, research: "Orphism" , "titan mythology", "multiverse theory" and "the best of all possible worlds".
It's your female genitor's best dish, you have to like it !
personally i love versions like 1.43a.324b/c-22I just always assumed it went from 1 to 9. For example, after 0.0.9 one would get 0.1.0, and after 0.9.0 one would get 1.0.0 and so on. But I guess not.
0(not enough content for a number).10(version number).0(fix number)0.10.0? I don't think I've ever seen a version number like that. I'm not sure what it means content-wise.
Well, that much I already knew. XD But thanks.0(not enough content for a number).10(version number).0(fix number)
I inserted the rooms in the house since there will many events takings place, and thought that it would be less confusing about where they were happening if the player became more familiar to themNot bad for a 1st version, though I agree the bigger money mini games are pretty annoying with no explanation at all of what your supposed to do. Also there was a lot of wasted time hunting around trying to trigger things in the rooms... but literally all the rooms but the Office are just pointless and empty of any events or triggers at this point, even your own room you have no reason to ever enter even for sleeping. I guess it might have been nice if they were just disabled for this version or at least had a flag saying they would be used in later releases but don't waste your time in this one. Still, I am curious to see more of how this one develops.
Yuo have a point, I do use a gear to signal when a minigame starts, and gears to indicate content in developemet, so that may be confusing. So I must find a more explicit way to convey that@Lew3Dy, Welcome to F95zone.
I quite enjoyed the first release of this but the only issue for me is the "actions" with gears on them. I am assunming that they are not available options yet but the player has no clue what is needed to make them available and may grind forever towards an unattainable goal.

I cannot dissagree, the pieces are all in place...The current content doesn't actually have any of that as we speak, so yes you are correct in that sense... In any case, yes, the current content does not actually have any direct family sex as of this posting... But all the pieces seem to be in place for it to occur in the future...
More important than what they forget, is what they rememberOhhh really interesting game! but it's a bit sad that they forget about you once you awaken them... I wonder if that will happen with the family too.
Ha! Nice one... also really nice start to your game, much better then many 1st alpha releases, and I may have had a minor issue with the rooms being there but unused, but I also understand the logic of putting them there even if nothing is implemented yet. This is after all the very early development of the game we are testing... but nice so far and looking forward to your next release!English is not my first luggage
It's really quite sad when the only way some people will play someone else's hard work is to plough through it in Too God Damn Easy mode. I'd love to see you try an RPG on an actual SNES/MD without any inbuilt cheats or cheat carts.I hate when you can't cheat in a renpy game
I can't see the single variables. I suppose that the dev created an array with all the variables for each character.@wep, who's stopping you?
Sorry to make you sad :frown:. I started to play videogames in the early '80 ad I've never stopped. I think that i finished the 99% of all the rpg ever made usually without cheating. It's really quite sad when the only way some people will play someone else's hard work is to plough through it in Too God Damn Easy mode. As always, script reveals all the variables, even the elements of the arrays that you need.I can't see the single variables. I suppose that the dev created an array with all the variables for each character.
