well, im saying this not on behalf of anyone. In this case, mr. rigg, he just got to try. Maybe he did choose the wrong words to tell what he meant (he needed more support). As for me or maybe us, know that there are devs who making games for gaining money and another for fun or passion etc. He is maybe one of them that making money from the games. So yeah here we are at the piracy site, and yet no need to take a simple words of begging money as an offense.

I just hope that with the options you can really keep them safe, and that is not one of those games in which not matter what you do, there is always someone who gets screwed.

I'm OK with someone getting "screwed" but chopped up into pieces or some other horror scenario is not my thing. So please warn me if you are going there... and preferably, offer another path.

I recently started a project too. Knowing it may not make money is something you should assume. I find it very unethical to beg for support. Not only are you begging, you're threatening people (even those that support you) to end a game because you "need" more. I find this to be very shady.

Also he's forgetting the fact that since this site is pretty big, it's hella good for advertising. I'd like to see how far he would be if it wasn't for sites like this.

Line 150 in images.rpy: change "sauna no lucy.jpg" to "saunanolucy.jpg" or install the the images.rpy I fixed below in the game folder and overwrite the existing file.

It fixes it on mine, the scene is dependent on "saunanolucy.jpg" for the duration as the background image, it puts a foreground image in it also. So as long as it tries to load "sauna no lucy.jpg" it will always throw an error, because it doesn't exist. Just try it and see if it works for you, it worked for me.

And it couldnt cost u so much money...its only couple of Blender 3D models...u can even get free every program for creating 3D models (Im using one for creating NBA 2K14 cyberfaces)...if game is gay...as said above...I cant pay this shit. Please dont ask us for 2$ if u making gay games.

The game runs without errors or bugs for me.

I still like it, especially the tone of self-irony the MC has.
I do have to say though, the images are really not good in parts (some are quite good, but many others not) AND I really don't say this often, but considering the setting AND the characters, the porn is moving a bit too slow.
I mean, you can fuck your ex-girlfriend twice, plus the crazy bitch, but apart from that it's just a bit nudity, problem is, I've no interest in either of the two, but only in Lena, Haley and the new asian girl (zeni?), and maybe the gas station owner's daughter.

I dont see where all this overhead you speak of is coming from @Mr. Rigg . If its Assets, im sure you can take a break from purchasing them. make a few episodes with what you already have. Also there is this guy (cant remember his name..handsome fella) Dude has a ton of daz content, and is willing to share. When you feel you are getting enough support to buy it from the creator, then do so. If you arent, who will care if you borrow an asset or two if you dont have patreons, amiright.

alot of dev's do not get it...by having the game show up here...it is suddenly exposed to a LOT of people it may never have been..if say 500 download and try it and 20 decide to support it..thats 20 people giving money to the dev that might never have before...this is basically advertising this site is....alot of games owe their financial success to this site..and quite a few Dev's realize this and participate in the site and have fun doing so...positive attitude also helps attract patrons...negative results in pfffft.

Hi Guys - The game's creator here. I sometimes swing by to read all your posts when I want to feel bad about myself.
The truth is I'm on the cusp of pulling the plug on the game because of lack of patrons. I came by to encourage you to throw in your $2 if you want to play more. I also want to ask everyone NOT to post the game for free. It's costing me a whole lot of money and while I'd like to see it through to its planned conclusion, I can't without more support.

Speaking of, chapter five will be available for $2 patrons in a few minutes. Come by and give it a look. Hildy fans will not be disappointed.

Seriously, that's not the attitude that successful developers (or indeed any other kind of business people) take.

I'm a professional marketing guy (for over 20 years). I've worked just about every type of business marketing from porn to pharma, every kind of financial product (mostly big banks and insurance companies), right on to a major international News channel, and more ecommerce than I care to even think of. Even worked for some major games studios along the way.

There's this thing called 'Market Research' - and all it really is is getting opinions and feedback from people who match a target demographic - such as people who have paid for adult games. The market research companies put together a panel of maybe 10 of these types and ask them some questions ... and that costs around 50k GBP. You're getting better targeted demographic opinions for free. Listen to the criticism, because it tells you why people in your potential market chose not to buy. That's what the grown-ups in business do.

Now sure, the difference between what you get here and what you get from a market research company charging you over $60k USD is that here the feedback won't be filtered for politeness. But I promise you that if you offer them $1,000 each to reword it nicely they will, and it will still be less than 20% of the cost businesses pay for the same thing. Or suck it up and keep the thousands. Your choice.

For myself, I'd look at as people paying me $100 a time to swear or call me an idiot and laugh all the way to the bank while these guys tell me, for free, exactly what I should consider changing if I wanted their money.
