Also voyeurism is for non-LI's if someone is an LI then it is not voyeurism but NTR/cuck/sharing etc. voyeurism is the desire to watch someone else have sex, not someone you like having sex with someone other than you (that is ntr/cuck fetish).
Just because the story has it that way, doesn't mean the player will feel that way....
Also for incest dynamic the rules are different, you are applying normal dynamic to it... which is incorrect because by nature of what it is there is also a base level of relationship there, thus they will feel betrayed either way, in some manner. (cause well incest game that is how it works).
It is also simple convention that if X character is gonna be an LI you don't show em fucking someone else. (unless it is that kind of game). Especially if you going for romance.
It's not NTR/cuck unless you are actually in a relationship with the character(and even then it might just be swinging). Or at the bare minimum if there's a focus on the character's reaction to someone else getting to their interest first. None of the content in this game is cuckold stuff.

I also don't really think this is true. I may be playing different games from you but I feel like it's quite common for characters you go for to also fuck other characters in porn games.

If there was stuff like "oh, he's so much better than you in bed", that's designed to cause jealousy. This is literally just "you see someone else fucking"-if that causes jealousy that's incidental, it's not designed to do that on purpose. Per that definition, this is not NTR.

This is dumb, never ever make events RNG based, i rather play gacha for this rng shits
it's not RNG all the events are locked to certain times on certain day or dependent on having seen those scenes and triggering the next one. if you go to the subscribestar and get v0.1.1 the journal will tell you where and when stuff happens, after you finish the slime fight in the forest.

i did, and it still didnt trigger, except sister and the guard one, and both of it take a few try
the three remaining scenes are all at night, Sunday night at the birds, every other Monday (second right after starting a game) at the bar(talk to chief and ask to join her) and Friday in the alley by the inn (talk to elf to trigger). just reach one of those days by sleeping in bed then eat at the table until you can't and wander off to the proper location for that day, should be all you need to do. if that doesn't work, might be a bug. are you playing it in one true dick? cause that removes a few scenes.

Uhhh that's not how this genre works.... As best friend having a crush on a best friend and then they get fucked by someone else, is labelled as cuck/NTR in doujins, it is quite a big part of the genre actually.
Remember just cause something has a literal definition there are also the figurative part of it as well to be taken into account. This type of scenario is one of them.
Because how can a player not feel jealousy or like a cuck, when they go into the game knowing it has incest, and that the sister is an LI and is looking forward to that only for them to be greeted by the first scene she has is sucking a massive burb dick and then later have her saying your dick is huge, when it is dwarfed by said burb dick. That line comes across as a insult more than a compliment.
I could go on but i believe I have explained my points as well as i can in my previous comments so I shall leave it at that.
however I will say that you are thinking too literally and too restricted to only the story.
But basically NTR as a genre and fetish is more than it's literal definition. (for example it doesn't have to be straight up NTR to make the MC and player feel like a cuck)

For starters, I'm not so insecure in my masculinity to feel insulted by an animal being bigger than me. That's like feeling insulted by a horse having a bigger dick than you... of course it does, it's a horse. Not a reasonable comparison. The MC is big for a person and that carries a totally different meaning than an animal which is just naturally big.
Secondly, again she does that before getting with you. Not to get too weird about it because she's a fictional character but it's pretty unfair to feel jealous of a partner someone had before you even expressed interest in them.
And lastly, again, the MC is not you. I don't know how many people self insert to the degree that they feel that a character with a predetermined personality, build, etc somehow represents them, but I know I don't. The sister could literally make fun of the MC's dick and while I would think it's rude(and not sexy) it wouldn't make me jealous, because she would be making fun of this fantasy town guard shmuck, not me.

here are some simple facts that you need to acknowledge before you can really make any argument worth reading:
People self-insert, they like to self-insert, living another life in a fantasy setting and such is fun, we also have a fancy word for this called escapism (healthy in small doses).
To use a famous person to back up that sentiment and using the game I gave as an example, Henry Cavill, and the witcher, he himself has stated that playing the game is like living another life, and that acting the character is like playing another run of the game.
Immersion is a thing, some may not self-insert directly, but they can still get immersed and care how a character is treated.
And finally.... just cause you feel and think a certain way... doesn't mean everyone does. So don't treat your own experience as the only experience.

MC doesn't show any interest in his sister, the Elf and Gnoll or Female Guard(...or Shota Guard). The scenes also lack emasculating remarks toward the MC.
Thus the scenes of they being fucked not by MC don't fit the requirement for the NTR genre.
What they DO fit the requirement of the Voyeur genre.
As MC does show interest toward Bird Woman, one might argue her scene is NTR.
But given the lack of suffering\emasculating it's just Voyeur again.
