Damn, this news destroyed my dawn! I'll be honest, it was because of this game you developed that I came to like Fairy Tail, really! when I started playing this porn parody. I barely knew the job I knew only by name. I made a point of marathoning the anime to know this work!

I'm shocked by the copyright accusation, and the complaints because here on the forum I only saw people complaining about the game's UI. Your art seemed to be made in Koikatsu which made it much more beautiful, I played the demo and saw how you grew it was gratifying Dev!

People who are saying the game has pedophile content are wrong. As I said before, I've marathoned the anime and I know that most of the characters are 18 or 30 years old.

It's a shame I will never see the end of this game, it was one of my favorites on this forum, heartbroken for the fans and the dev. The way the situation ended, I don't think there's a chance of this project coming back !

Yeah! Especially when the game finally stirred into right direction with better map, story and UI and now it got strike down. I'm still waiting for more Erza content (one of my fav character) but now I will never have more of her anymore, it's really hurt

The sinister of those peoples accusations just to gave me chill down my spine like "what the fuck pedophilia? Where is the proof?", they really went out and do everything to bring this project down
I feel like the toxic fans aren't from this forum but could be from itch, Patreon or other fanbase site that sniffed the game out and didn't like to see their beloved characters got fucked by a no name MC... but to go to this extend really an act of psychopath
As you said this game have lot of potential to grow and would have become a great Fairy Tail porn game, now it's gone because of the toxic pettiness from the fanbase

I don't understand how you're being stricken with copyright when Amity Park has been going on for like 10 years or so without getting that. Not to mention, all the other parody games on Patreon. Also, it states that all characters are 18+ so none of the complaints make sense. This is really sad because your game was one of my favorites and I loved it.

It really doesn't make sense, like what I see most here on the forum is a porn parody of Naruto, Boku no Hero and Danmachi, Overlord until today I haven't seen them being taken down because of Copyright! And about pedophilia, everyone there was between 18 and 30 years old, baseless accusations.

I know it varies from job to job, but the accusations that Dev took in Pantreon don't make sense, like the one about pedophilia when everyone in the work is over 18!

Rarely in these porn parody games do I see Dev making his own art to evade Pantreon's abusive laws. I saw some renders of the anime character in the game which may be one of the factors that killed the game!

I hope that in the future there will be another porn parody of Fairy Tail, and not what happened to this one!

Well, I'm surprised that Four Element Trainer is already completed, with 6 years of work by Dev, Fairy Tail's fanbase has always been Toxica and instead of having fun with the game, I was chasing problems with Dev!

Of Portions and Spells, yep I was eyeing it I put it in the bookmarks list, because I found it interesting. I just didn't play it because it's still raw, maybe after about 10 updates it will be good. That's if this goddamn toxic Fairy Tail fandom doesn't decide to kill the project first!

I would imagine the main copyright issue is actually the music, because while the art is obviously based on Fairy Tail it is still originally designed whereas the music is ripped from the anime. I reckon if that was swapped for some royalty free music and the Wendy content was kept separate there'd be no issues all round, plenty games on Patreon get away with WAY worse by using loopholes like that.

What you said makes some sense! You know, this question of the game's soundtrack really the songs were taken from work, it's also worth remembering that Makarov and Jura's art style were all images taken from the anime, it's not that modeling done in koikatsu "I think it's the name! " like those of the girls and the MC! I could be wrong but I've seen a game like this here on the forum with an image taken from the anime and it's still standing in the game!

I may be asking too much, but I believe it is possible to bring the game back. you know, remake that part of the game's soundtrack royalty-free and change the artwork of the character in question like Makarov and Jura and separate the content as a patch for Wendy. I don't know if Dev will want to go after this, after all I saw a lot of people here on the forum detonating the work with the game's UI when Dev was struggling!

Urgh! seriously guys, until now... it didn't hit me that this project was destroyed like that!

This is seriously disappointing, this game was seriously so well done. The writing was good, the characters were well written and the scenes were super hot. I don't blame you for it at all and I'm sorry you had to put up with all that nonsense but it's still sad to see this go
Best luck with whatever endeavor you take next. I hope this hasn't soured you from making another AVN in the future, I think your game showed a hell of a lot of promise and I'd love to see what else you could make.

Definitely don't think they'd have a leg to stand on for copyright complaints if you changed the music and and got rid of the anime sprites though. Good ol' Larry Flynt still protecting satire and smut peddlers from beyond the grave.
Patreon could still be a pain though, once you get on their radar they pretty well never stop watching your account.

Very clever, because they "only based on" a certain anime/manga series so the guidelines won't have any reason to strike your game down and so does the toxic fans. I approved this way and hope to see you continue with your game development soon
