not just that ! liars must be banned from this site !
Nope. Absolutely not. NEVER! Regardless of what you think of the creator or anyone for that matter, What you are advocating for is censorship & exclusion because of your own personal grievances. That is NEVER ok. Even with you here, while I find your statement atrocious & wholly objectionable, I wouldn't be ok with you being kicked out or censored just because you're an idiot saying brain dead shit. Even though you're making an absolute fool of yourself, you have the right to do so, as does the game creator & anyone else here. & those basic rights MUST be respected.

Plus, if you weren't not only a paying patron of the creator, but of EVERY SINGLE game that you've played, shut the fuck up. You don't get to piss & moan about a creator abandoning a game you like when you're not contributing anything to it. When you're pirating for free the content that THEY spent their time, energy, talent & money to create it, you have no room to complain because they owe you NOTHING.

On top of that, like it's been pointed out already, 1, Saying a creator you don't like should be banned from this site is full on FUCKING STUPID because IT'S A PIRACY SITE! That's like a serial shoplifter telling a store owner "FINE! I'll take my business else where & steal from them!" & 2, Even if you were supporting the creator on Patreon, YOU AREN'T BUYING A FINISHED PRODUCT! You are DONATING to SUPPORT the creator. Which entitles you only to the patron rewards advertised on their profile.

my dear if his game is legal and protected by law he don`t need 49 patreons he can sue everyone and get more money !
This I think is the dumbest thing I think you said. Are you seriously suggesting that the only reason he needs supporters on Patreon is because his game is somehow "illegal" & "Not protected by law"? First of all, How exactly is it "illegal & not protected by law?" Are you unaware that porn is a 100% legal business, as is game development? There is NOTHING illegal about making a porn VN game. Your presumption that it is frankly doesn't make any damn sense at all. US here pirating the game is actually closer to illegal than what the creator does in making the game. So yes, it IS legal & IS protected by law. The fact that you got all snarky like you're right when all you're doing is showing how utterly clueless you are just makes you look even more like a fool. Additionally, the reason why he needs patrons is to make some money from his work. Do you seriously think that if it was "legal & protected by law", (which it is), that money would just fall from the sky for him? No dude, you've clearly spent too much time in fantasyland. Come back to reality. Let's put your theory to the test. I want to open a completely legal & protected by law restaurant. hmm.... weird. Money isn't just magically appearing for me to make that happen. Well surely by your reasoning, the money should just appear since the business I want to do is legal & protected by law right? After all, I can't rent the space or hire staff or buy inventory without money right? So where is the money? See how absurd your reasoning is? He needs the patrons to help support him & recover some of his own costs from buying assets & other expenses from making the game. It's common sense.

As for him being able to sue everyone, I'm assuming you mean that he can sue everyone that downloaded the game for free that didn't support him on Patreon correct? & you apparently presume the fact that creators don't sue is because they can't because their games aren't "legal & protected by law". Again, that isn't how reality works. All you need to do is have the slightest bit of common sense & basic awareness of what you're talking about to see the lack of understanding in your thinking. The reason why they don't sue pirates on here is because lawsuits are difficult, require a lot of time, work & most importantly are EXPENSIVE. The creator would have to hire a lawyer, serve everyone he was suing with a legal summons, which is a long & difficult task by itself, go through the whole pre-trial process with EVERY ONE of the defendants, attend court hearings & all of this would cost him hundreds of thousands, if not Millions of dollars, especially since most of this would be international & rack up hundreds of billable hours with his attorney. Most creators don't have the funds to do that.

Plus, that would be assuming that the creator knew the names & locations of the pirates, which they don't. All of us are anonymous, so the process to gather all our information through subpoenas & court orders, which would be more time, work & expense on top of it would be astronomical, PLUS it would be impossible on sites like these, because most of us did not provide our real information when we made our accounts, so even if the admins of F95 were subpoenaed for the personal information of the pirates here, all they would be able to provide is the fake info provided. So the only way they could gather usable info would be to subpoena the user info of the users that clicked on the download links on the site here, link that clickthrough to the file host site, Then subpoena the file host sites for the IP address info for those downloads, THEN they would have to subpoena the ISP's that are associated with those addresses to get the customer info, & even then, that would only yield usable info if they were using their own internet. If they were using public wifi, or borrowing or hijacking someone else's wifi, guess what? ALL that time, work, energy & money is spent only for the trail to go cold anyway. & for the users that were using their own internet, they can simply say it wasn't them & someone must have used their wifi to do it. So then the creators lawyers would have to request additional subpoenas to seize the ISP customer's computer equipment to check for files of the game & to match the download to the device's MAC address which is more time, work & expense & very low odds of getting granted by the courts, during which time that user can dispose of that computer, leading to a dead end anyway.

You clearly don't have the slightest clue how much risk, time, MONEY, work & organization would be required to actually carry out ta lawsuit. Though, given the absurd & overly simplistic nature of your reasoning, I'm guessing you presumed the way it works is the creator points & says "I sue yu" & then they instantly get the money. Sorry bud, the real world doesn't work like that.

Calm down, some people just don't know better.
In this case, I'm debating if it just was a troll commend or if he has the correct age.^^
True, though it's surprising how many brain dead idiots say the kind of stupid shit he did in earnest. Though that's valid, he might have been trolling, in which case I took the bait, or just a dumb kid.

I would guess he had a bad day and needed something to vent a bit. ;)
But I think he made valid points in his post.

I mean valid, but nah, I didn't really pay to the date on it because I haven't really checked on my notifications in months. So I got a notification on this thread, read back like 1 or 2 pages & when I saw that dipshit's post, I was like "That's stupid enough that I HAVE to respond". That's pretty much all it was.
