Damn aside from the wonky attack binding which im so glad i immediately checked and rebound this is one of the best futa games...no best h-game i have ever found on this site. The gameplay while challenging is managable once you get a few for the enemies and map, the voice is good the porn is TERRIFIC overall damn........ I used to wish for futa porn this good

Okay, so apparently some of the scenes only work in certain circumstances. You need a particular enemy with a particular piece of scenery. Found one such scene on the last level, where a lady with a whip works with an "iron horse", which are otherwise passive.
