From what I see, this is gonna be another one of those 'mobile games for PC'.

It will have daily tasks, probably some serious grind, microtransactions for more clothing sets, maybe some positions will be locked aswell, and maybe there will be a stamina bar that could be 'replenished' with a convenient 1USD potion.

This is another cash grab. They will rely on the adult-gaming market failures to make money, instead of making a good product and honestly earning it. I don't think that's honest or deserving of support.

Also, the argument "it's done when it's done", and mentioning the bad release of CP2077 is flawed. Because on the other end of the spectrum we have Star Citizen, which is even worse.

So, stop supporting this until they get their shit together
we'll see, for now let's neither support nor criticise them too bad, after all we have 0.34 anyway so if they decide to make a shit game we can always just give them the middle finger and play 0.34, no need to bash people. I really do hope they will make something that I would gladly buy tho because it seems I'm not getting any fucking real affection any time soon lol

I think the term is gacha or game as a service (and either of these types of game should not exist in a game you paid) not "mobile games for pc" lol
I tried to use it as a derogatory term

I want to stop arguing about this, but people like you need to stop with this "it's a cash grab" posts based on absolutely nothing other than personal conjectures and being stressed out because you can't wait for release.
Then stop.

But I, myself, don't NEED to do anything. I will continue to watch the progress and warn others that this company is not trustworthy, until they get their shit together. If you want to see what this game will become, just look at League of Maidens.

Apparently they have only just now started translations, which is kind of funny. Were they just twiddling their thumbs while waiting for Steam's approval? (And they are saying on Discord that it will probably take the entire month to do translations.)

would you start to translate something into multiple different languages without knowing if you can actually publish it?

yes waiting for approval is actually the logical conclusion to not end up distributing workload that ends up being made redundand.

hmm, i think PH using online system as a mean to....well, money income. I don't they they will scam, but i thin they will live on Fallen Doll Operation Lovecraft as a source of income for a very long time before they can come-up with something new to develop. But i doubt this going to work

See the hypocrisy? You tell people to stop saying what they think, but it doesn't apply to you?

I don't care if you stop or not, I just gave an advice on how to be coherent. Now that everybody sees how incoherent you are, your credibility is at stake.

Also, the facts are:
They delivered nothing for months
Sneak peeks suggest malpractices
There are better games out there with a fraction of the budget
You are a fanboy

They've had other publishing options lined up and the option of self-publishing always existed.

so in order
- they said it was an hopeful date for cbt fully knowing steam wouldn't deliver. We all knew it. Since then they delivered a ton of devlog progress.
- this is your own subjective vision with no factual evidence
- none that I know of, please enlighten us
- I wish I was, life would be easier

You're not being serious, right? Steam is not a publisher, it's a storefront. ProjectH already has more than enough resources to either distribute the game themselves or find another storefront to host it on (in the case that Steam didn't approve). There is no outcome where translating would become redundant work, as changing storefronts wouldn't change anything except the word "Steam".

ProjectH has pretty been translating the game this entire time. V0.34 has translation options but there was no reason to translate the alpha build, since it was internal. They are now updating the language latest build, CBT, to have the added language options. Keep in mind, there are now over 200 animations and they need to translate a lot of new content.

it's not like they were gonna cancel the whole thing if steam said no what the fuck

steam is the targetet platform for the beta. period. other distribution channels are not on the table for this partucular build.

i dislike the steam focus as much as anyone else, but thats the cards we have been dealt with.

and im sure you wouldnt tell your japanese, chinese, german, french, spanish; etc translators to beginn translating every text in the build if you expect that 2/3 might have to scrapped due to your chosen storefront guidelines.
Thats what i meant by work becoming redundant.

back to lurking for me. this thread is bloated enough as is with non relevant posts.

Still a very unflexible pre stated system

So no way to interact and change the Animations directly pose 1 character exactly with another and create your own individual poses impossible, but a very refined state system.

Started preparing inner circle cbt for translators then the game became super laggy on a mid tier rig when more than 10 characters exist in the same room.

optimization time
----------------------------------
Imagine shitty online only chugging because you now have many people spamming scenes all around you ruining the overall experience if you don't have a high end rig. Seen this coming a mile away and it will deff delay even more which means more monthly patreon subbing.

Really wish they didn't get that investor that wanted what literally nobody else asked for. We'd already had the game by now and honestly, even more content if it wasn't for the person that wants to watch other people pose scenes online instead of just paying someone on chaturbate to do it for them.

You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.

Not sure what they call Mid Tier Rig though and this isn't just a simple room

their problem has nothing todo really with the amount rather then over 10 all animated,
but they really should have thought of that much much earlier.

I'm really wondering how I didn't see this coming earlier to be honest...it's always like this, even in wild life, if I spawn more than a few characters on a map that isn't the showroom it starts showing in the FPS...
jesus, you'd think they accounted for this being freaking game devs...but apparently not
considering how the models look, spamming a bunch of them probably fills both of your memory pools on your computer really goddamn fast

In Wild Life it is a bit more complex overall because at the same time AI runs for all of them and they havent even to be visible to cost for now.
