I downloaded this. Followed the instructions replacing steamapi.dll and the paralogue-win64-shipping and deleted the mindflayer files but when i try to start with the launcher I get a black screen and then it just closes.

you're launching it from the wrong exe.....

you run it from the mineplayer.exe in binaries/win64 folder

Things are moving so fast but more important is the Animation latency overall for this

I would say overall Performance is even more important for Porn Games as you would like to see the difference of Animation (Low Fuck Speed,High Fuck Speed) clearly.

Sorry but I don't know what are you talking about. You can adjust speed with mouse wheel. The animation is fine at 30 FPS. Video porn is usually at 24 fps FYI.
