Unreal Engine Fallen Doll: Operation Lovecraft [v0.4.9 Cracked] [Project Helius]

After several hours I managed to get all to work so since there is much confusion about all (different versions, different downloads) I have decided to put one detailed (i believe ) guide..

1. Download 0.4.5 version from OP( I got it from torrent here but probably it can be any 0.4.5 version here from thread. ( DON'T download gofile version I didn't manage (after several hours) that one to work since that is 0.4.7 version and there isn't proper crack for it
2. Extract/put game anywhere where you want
3. In windows search function search for certmgr.msc and then run it as administrator, then in newly opened window choose action tab, then choose Find certificates and then search for ProjectHelius and delete all certificates in left side of window
4. Find here on thread crack for exe and crack for steam (page 371)
put steam dll in depot_1810921\Engine\Binaries\ThirdParty\Steamworks\Steamv147\Win64
put crack in depot_1810921\Paralogue\Binaries\Win64
5. Find here on thread (though torrent already have mindflyer crack, and put it also in depot_1810921\Paralogue\Binaries\Win64
6. Delete in same depot_1810921\Paralogue\Binaries\Win64 folder - FallenDollLauncher and also if there is already mindflyer certificate (not exe) delete that too
7. Start game with mindflyer exe in same depot_1810921\Paralogue\Binaries\Win64 folder and that is how I get it to work finally
8. If you have gpu with 4 or less ram you will get blured/low textures, then you must go to Usesrs\your name\AppData\Local\Paralogue\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor and there open with notepad file engine, at end of text there at bottom you need to add
[/Script/Engine.RendererSettings]
r.Streaming.PoolSize=0
9. If you messed up somewhere always do step 3 again
That should be all...

If you have read the note then proceed to follow the steps to get the game working:

1. Download 0.4.5 from OP(I've downloaded it from mixdrop) and extract it to somewhere. It includes mindflayer and crack files, no need to download anything additionally.
2. If you have never played this game before you can skip steps 2,3,4,5. If you have played this game before continue reading. Click start menu on Windows and write "certmgr.msc" there, hit enter.
3. Click "Action" then "Find Certificates"
4. Write "ProjectHelius" in textbox and click "Find Now" button.
5. If result is empty, good. If something comes up, right click it then delete.
6. Close every window about certificates and go to this folder where you extracted the game: Operation Lovecraft Fallen Doll Playtest 0.4.5\Paralogue\Binaries\Win64
7. Find certificate file in the folder and delete it. Its name is something like this: MindflayerCertificate_random-numbers-and-letters.pfx
8. In the same folder as the certificate you just deleted there should be "Mindflayer.Desktop.exe", double click it and accept whatever it says.
9. Game should open after a blackscreen, if everything went right it should say Mindflayer in the right side of main menu.
10. You should only launch the game from this "Mindflayer.Desktop.exe", don't launch it from any other exe files and don't need to delete any .exe files.

U r right ofc, thing is that most ppl don't wanna to download something for several hours and so all hell broke loose... If there is old good nopy or torrent on first page everything will be fine. And also there is prob with low ram gpu's, so ppl think that game have bad textures, and I post fix for that from thread... And I only wanted to help, but will delete post since u r offended.
Btw does that version have all unlocked or not?

I bought the game and I thought the crack would let me have every item in the game..

I have attempted several of the guides on how to get the game running but I always either get this in the right side or the game loads for a few seconds before going unresponsive and failing. This most recent attempt was done with the download on the main page following Purple_Hearts guide on page 398. I am running Windows 11 and do not have any program under certmgr.msc but I have checked the native certification manager for Windows 11 and the directions on how to search are the same but show no certifications under "ProjectHelius" (minus quotations). My Anti-Virus did pick up mindflayer but I had removed it from quarantine and attempted launching with the Anti-Virus disabled but am met with the same issue.
I did play the game prior during update 0.34 I am unsure if that matters but I have since deleted all files including those in app_data related to that version. If anyone has any ideas on how to resolve this it would be much appreciated I don't really like to leave problems unsolved.

Hi, I finally got it working w a combo of all the different advice from different people. Unfortunately no single previous post has given all the correct steps, only fragments, which actually did more harm than good.

1. Download the torrent ( the one called "depot..." containing v 4.5) that was posted in this thread and extract the root folder to c:
2. Replace the steam_api64.dll in depot.../Engine/...../Win64 with the cracked steam_api64.dll (which was posted by another guy, also in this thread)
3. Run the Install.bat file in the game package
4. in the Paralogue/...../Win64 folder, delete FallenDollLauncher.exe and Certificate thingy
5. Replace the other FallenDoll exe in that dir w the cracked version (which was posted by the aforementioned other guy, also in this thread)
6. Run the MindFlayer exe as administrator.

Btw after finally getting v4.5 to work, it turns out it doesnt have any new animations!? Basically the same as v0.34?

No, I think it has a few but they have added a few in 1.47 and I think 15 more in 1.48

It seems like you have yet to realize that nobody here has any obligations towards you.

For those wondering about the content itself, some animations from .34 were removed, others recycled and a few ones added (The MMF stuff, clipping and all). Someone did a fairly detailed report on that but personally I couldn't bother, overall it wasn't worth the trouble.

I'm not expecting any major breakthrough until they release the "revamped engine" or w/e they were talking about, and even then, if we follow the cycles, there will also be major disappointments.

I'm also not buying the "uh, bad mods did things I didnt approve" argument, it reminds me of the bad cop/good cop mechanics. At this point we should be more than aware that PH's moral compass is profit.

Mindflayer is old and doesn't work in newer versions and no one knows if it will be updated or not. Sooner or later you will want to update your game to get the new animations and stuff and won't be able to play with everything unlocked anymore. So you are better playing the game legit way from the beginning.

Really don't need to download everything seperately.
Download from OP, it already has crack applied and mindflayer included.
You also don't need to delete FallenDollLauncher file because you won't be using it anyway.

That screenshot means Mindflayer is not working. If you still have no certifications when you search for "ProjectHelius" you either did something wrong or your anti-virus is blocking Mindflayer. Disable it completely, go to where Mindflayer.Desktop.exe is and there should be a certificate file, delete it.
Now run Mindflayer.Desktop.exe while anti-virus is still disabled, accept warnings and you should see Mindflayer in the right side of main menu instead of connection error like in your screenshot. If it still doesn't work run Mindflayer.Desktop.exe as admin.

You maybe too young to understand this but in the past we used to get fully completed games without any microtransactions or DLC's.
No matter how much effort they put in, no matter how good the game is, I will never ever pay for a porn game with microtransactions. They can go fuck themselves. I'll never support this increasingly anti-customer behaviour of any developer, no matter how good their games are.

I had to do literally this. Just make sure to contact Helius/Patreon first since the first step of any charge back for this kind of issue will be "Did you contact the merchant directly?"

The outfits are provided now for testing purposes - they are in shop so people need to keep "playing" the game and hopefully report issues with the game and outfits (like clipping or parts of outfit not going away when they should etc). The delivery date for the outfit acquired as a subs bonuses is early access.
Now take it with grain of salt but to my understanding if you claimed the bonus content you will get it via the mail while those that did not will have a chance to get the outfits from the weekly shop rotation .

I could write essay here, on one hand i agree on the other i'm aware that the game business reality has changed.
So i will just say that ultimately it is manner of value you are expecting to get out of your $.
