Is that the entire post? I get it, Helius loves posting random pictures with wording that looks like it was generated by GPT3 if GPT3's first language wasn't English, but how is that a progress report?

Supposedly they aren't working on the campaign at the moment, they have shared god knows how many characters in concept art (Talon, Galatea, Victoire, E. Carter, Galatea, Celia, Juzi, Asenath Waite, Bliss, Cult Ascetics, Lictors, Yanshi, Marie and so on) but only 3, which are not included in the above, have actually been implemented years down the line.

Why are they sharing concept art of yet another character that doesn't and likely will never exist? Is this supposed to be for the campaign that they aren't working on, are they working on season pass 12 content or do they just have artists on staff doodling to pass the time since none of their assets are making it into builds anyway?

The fact that they don't just show some in game footage of their rebuild, maybe even tease the combat mode they've been working on since the early days of Origins, really speaks volumes as to how the project is coming along. This new patch, if it ever actually gets released, seems like it's going to be a shitshow and they very likely know it. Reminds me of Chronicles of Elyria when they finally got pressured into releasing [something] and they only had a basic assault course to show for years of dev work.

With Celia and Elizabeth's harem passes wrapped up this month, we are now half way done with our year 1 updates. The aforementioned two harem passes shall be launched alongside closed beta phase 2: Celia's harem pass available immediately after phase 2 starts this Christmas and Elizabeth Carter's harem pass added soon after.
Juzi and Yanshi's harem passes are planned to drop after the closed beta ends, but if we keep working at our current speed there's a high probability that you can get your hands on them before the game enters early access, which means that we will be releasing year 2 contents six months earlier than scheduled.
Now it's time we cast our eyes on what's to come:

Combat alone wasn't just what I was talking about and neither was the guy I responded to, so nice strawman argument I guess. If you're gonna make a porn game, you need some form of gameplay. Whether that's a form of combat, a breeding farm, or something else entirely, doesn't matter. If you're making a porn game, it should be an enjoyable game too.

I personally don't care about gameplay as much as the porn part but at time same time I can't stand a porn game without the "game" part. I mean, if it is a "porn game", there should be gameplay otherwise it is just porn and if I only wanted porn I would be better off watching porn instead of trying to download and play it but that's just my opinion.
