Nice update... when I try to enter "harem" mode i got server maintenance and gallery has not been updated, so we will wait for ending of server maintenence (right now You cant access to new scenes and characters lol)

I subbed on patreon years ago, just gave them the money for the game, then unsubbed. I don’t know whether i have it since i’m not subbed or not.

you should really check, I mean, someone may be able to make an unlocker for the people that paid for it even if us filthy pirates with no pledges get nothing.

I think last 0.49 was initially somehow able to be modified in such a way that unlocked everything too, for the people that paid for it, and only then we got the actual crack I think

I'm not even shocked or anything. This type of fear strategy is used by shitty Early Access indie developers as well. Ban everyone who asks logical questions. Then sorround yourself with people who are happy with everything or too stupid to live.

But I dont think I ever saw anyone intimidating people with bans for using stupid sarcastic emojis. This is so freaking pathetic it deserves wide spreading. " Do not use poo emoji, it hurts my feelings... ". Holy shit, North Korea on discord.

There are apparently ways to remove it as well, according to the threads I've found on the matter, so those with legitimate copies may want to look into that to boost the performance of their game by a significant amount

bunch of random shit I found googling just "Denuvo". You could try "Denuvo reddit remove" or something like that and you should get links to other resources.
I found nothing specific but people were saying CPY has a way to remove denuvo as a general solution, though I think you'd need to mess with the files yourself of course, as in edit them manually.

Do you have a better source on denuvo anti-tamper scanning memory? I think you might be getting it mixed up with their anti-cheat. Denuvo is based on vmprotect and mostly relies on virtualization, obfuscation and encryption.

, although it's spread over a few levels of the comments. Conceivably their integrity checks could involve scanning the entirety of memory, it just seems unlikely and I've never heard that before.

Not that I imagine it's doing any favours for performance in FD since I can't really picture Helius being careful about how he implements it. Will find out when I'm home and can run the game, if the servers are working by then.

Oh I thought they must of messed up bad implementing it or something, I think you're just a bit misinformed. It's no easy task removing Denuvo there's only a few people capable of removing it and only one person who is actively doing it and she quiet picky about which games she decides to work on. CPY is retired and SKIDROW just dropped their first Denuvo game in years. I have little hope of it getting removed anytime soon.

It really just depends on whether the people are interested in the project itself, if there is "street cred" in cracking the game, or if they have some personal grudge against the company that published the software.

Not all cracks come from the scene, but you are correct that there's very few groups actively cracking games nowadays, mostly because many of them are working in the IT industry. The takeaway here is that it is possible to crack these games, there are people that can do it, all it really comes down to for the game to blip on their radar.

There's always the chance some horny coomer decides to crack the game because he gets pissed off at the grind. All we can do for now is wait and see.
