If only people would stop paying in patreon. I paid for the minimum amount to get the steam key, and in retrospect even that was too much.
But as bad as project helius is, compared to most other patreon milker devs, he isn't that much worse. If you look how much progress in a year games like Wild life, VAM, Carnal Instinct, etc. have made in the year, it isn't really that impressive. Even if those games have had updates, it's been mostly filler content.
My point being, Yes, Project Helius bad. But moreover, paying for promises in Patreon even more bad. Early access is the cancer of game development and people have only themselves to blame for falling in the scam.
