The sex scenes are going to be exclusive to the Harem mode (Patreon thing), but Galatea is still one of the main playable characters/party members in the Campaign mode. I'm guessing you'll be able to use alternative outfits for them in the battles or whatever. Her costumes so far range from lewd to very lewd, but still technically cover the important parts.I don't think so. Galatea is supposed to be exclusive to the Harem mode, and there's costumes for her included in these timed bundles.
If what you're saying is correct, that means the monthly bundles would only give you the costumes in the campaign mode without the sex scenes. And I don't think anyone paying for those bundles is expecting that to be the case and it would be a dick move on ProjectH's part to do that. The sex scenes are going to be exclusive to the Harem mode (Patreon thing), but Galatea is still one of the main playable characters/party members in the Campaign mode. That's the one in the third pic? If they put ** into this, it'll get booted from Steam for sure.
I think we're talking past each other. I don't mean the outfits will be Campaign exclusive, they just said they're for the Steam version. AFAIK the Steam version won't include the Harem version (I think if you have a patreon account + the steam version you'll be able to access the Harem version, that should allow them to bypass the restrictions Steam imposes). If what you're saying is correct, that means the monthly bundles would only give you the costumes in the campaign mode without the sex scenes. I seem to be having problem with UE4 games when I set texture quality to anything lower than ultra it will not load in properly. It happen in Wild Life, Subverse as well. Except in other game I can sort of fix it by set texture quality to ultra an everything else to low. In this game there is no separate texture quality setting and my graphics card can't handle high setting.
Is there any way to forced texture quality to ultra while keep other setting at low in UE4 game? I try to set sg.TextureQuality=4 in GameUserSettings.ini but its not working![]()
By that logic you could also say that in the end they're all just pixels on a screen and not real. None of them are even human. We're discussing this again? Isn't all the girls except Dr Anya is an Android? They're not even human.
Yeah, I get that. But people buying those costume packs surely will want to use them in the sex scenes, no?I was just pointing out that those clothes can work on Galatea without the need for sex scenes with her in the Steam version.
I think that's the more probable option. But who knows, maybe the Steam version is just their way of saying "the next build".
I'm noticing that a lot on their Twitter and Patreon. A lot of questions I'm interested in knowing the answer for as well, but no answers. And the questions that do get answers are the simple ones, like what tier on Patreon you need for the costumes and such.Edit: Someone already asked it on the post, but no reply yet:
There are monthly outfits that people acquire, in preparation for the Steam release. These are updates. There will be no updates for the public until June.
really?
I'm guessing you're speculating, since there's basically no information on how this sort of thing will work in practice when the game is released. All we can say for certain right now is that there is a page on their website where you can claim the rewards if you're pledged at the right amount. Same deal as the reservation for the Steam key. I think the Steam key will be sent to you when it releases, but I'm not entirely sure. I think I've read something like that, but at this point it's a whole lot of information and speculation about this game that's going through my head. Maybe the outfit bundles will be DLC on Steam and unlocking them now gets you keys for those? They'll be the game by default by the looks of it (perhaps you just need to unlock them with a patreon supporter code)
yeah just speculation. It'd be a shame and a waste of resources if all those detailed outfits are exclusive to people who supported before the game even released. I think they might do something like bundles in the steam store and maybe do public challenges for something like Christmas where everyone unlocks a Christmas outfit for free or something.I'm guessing you're speculating, since there's basically no information on how this sort of thing will work in practice when the game is released. That screenshot was from quite an old post. A more recent post came back on that idea and said they'll purely be cosmetic. I'll see if I can find that post and screenshot it.The outfits having unique traits/perks (as mentioned in that picture above) sounds like a cool idea, but I understand the limitations that could impose on people who want to use specific outfits.
Vaccinated!
Got myself a dose of Johnson this afternoon. In one month I will be flying around supervising mocap work for both Harem and Campaign mode. The progress on the cinematic trailer and combat gameplay is estimated to receive a major push.
Here's a sneak peek of the trailer storyboard we are currently working on for the launch.
