Agreed. If she loved him then why didn't she tell her friends about being with him, ignore his request to take it easy and go and get shitfaced, grind on Bryce while dancing then follow him upstairs holding his hand. Any sane person would drop her for everything she did leading up to ending up naked in bed.I for one can't think of any logical scenario that would explain why Ava ended up fully nude in Bryce's bed if not to give him a 'farewell fuck' so to speak. It's not like she was forced against her will to go upstairs with Bryce; in fact she did it knowing the implications of such actions. Also judging from MC's interactions with Ava's friends during the morning after, it seems MC and the 'clique' has had prior history which exacerbated his violent reaction to the situation.
That being said, I actually think Ava's character is essential as a major plot point moving forward and wouldn't mind keeping her around. That doesn't mean I have to like her character though.
I hope the dev doesn't try and asspull an excuse out of the ether to explain that she didn't sleep with Bryce as she's a more interesting character for having made a stupid mistake even if I hate her for it.
Hopefully we'll see more of the aftermath of her mistake in detail in future updates because the way she speaks to the MC on the roof doesn't really make her look any more sympathetic in fact she comes across as very condescending in expecting MC to be more friendly with her.
