It's abandoned. The reason some say on hold was the last time the Dev said anything it was "On Hold" with an implication that he would return to it eventually.
However his last post, on Pateron at least which was when he announced it was going on hold was nearly a year ago, so it's probably safe to say it's Abandoned at this point.

It's a real shame that this game was abandoned, because it was very promising and sincerely it was one of my favorites. But maybe he will reconsider his decision... Who knows!!! Personally I hope so...

its exist in here, n i remember some of game have same assets just like this just forgot the name, u can use "search","latest update : game", "latest update : asset" or even make a thread to find what asset is this,

So sad this game got abandoned. It's the one that inspired me to try 3dart for myself.
Sorry to say there is not. The dev stopped work on the game before that occurred.

this was one of the games that I would get excited when I get updated but unfortunately is abandoned, what a shame the game had a lot of potential.
