i feel like the sandboxy gameplay is unnecessary and unrewarding...its a pretty good game but if it was pure VN it would be a great game...

just download the game and when i get done talking too Melanie her just agreed to be accepting my advice the mc says (i went to bed earlier. There will be a beautiful day tomorrow) after that scene the screen go's black and nothing loads after that i think i found a bug

Same here...Exact same place the screen goes black and nothing to be skipped or clicked.

With the sandbox-style there's some benefits such as just running one storyline if others aren't interesting, but there's no doubt you can create a more immersive and better story by it being more linear with choices. Also the day cycling and finding the next quest is grindy.

Though I don't want this to sound like I'm bashing the game, it's great and I'll definitely play the new updates.

Deleted and uncompressed it again. Now it's working
