Edit: Come to think of it, it doesn't make sense. If Tiffany is 17-18 then Melanie would have been 12-13 when she was pregnant.

Sebastien is 27-28 years old.

Here, Build 0.1 = 0.10; the previous build was 0.09.1. So this is one version later. Many developers use 0.1–0.9 just as the numbers of the build (Build 1–Build 9), but as you can see, some developers do not. Enyo Eerie has specifically added a 0 in front of former build numbers (so 0.01–0.09). Don't let a version number throw you off; this is definitely a newer version.
