Personally I think what makes people have different views of "what's NTR and what isn't" is a little deeper than love-interest. Cause perhaps a character in the game isn't supposed to be a love interest for the character, but the player might find the character appealing/a love interest, and then this character goes and has situations with others. This is probably what makes people feel like stuff is NTR, when it's not initially intended/supposed to be NTR. So it's kinda difficult to say what is and isn't since it depends on the player who is viewing it, IMO at least.

Basically in Ch. 5, your 'rival' fucks his mom late at night. The scenes pretty tame, considering the mom is literally straight faced (intentionally). Besides that every other scene with him and your mom is avoidable (and the scenes you get for interfering are pretty hot).

BTW there are a few scenes where your trans cousin either fucks, gets sucked, or other activities with some of the other girls. Honestly, the amount of heat she's packing doesn't really make it ntr, more like two lesbians with a flesh strap-on.
