I'd never, since I love your game. But I didn't see any updates for a long time and it still hasn't gotten the abandoned tag, which is quite strange on F95. They usually tag it as abandoned, if the Development stopped or if the Developer is out of reach! I didn't see any updates related comments either so.

I'm not sure what your definition is of "a long time." If you look at the OP, the last update here was the day before Christmas. Now, maybe six weeks is a long time to you, but...

these sort of games are mostly made by small groups and not a huge company, so it takes time for them.

...or, in this case, by a single person who's doing all the writing, rendering and coding, both for this and for STDH. (Which got an update only 2 weeks ago.)

This thing has ‘Ok’ renders, ‘ok’ characters, it’s a VN and not a ‘sandbox’ (ugh).

From time to time it comes up here and there but I always remember to avoid it for some reason. I totally forgot why. I was bored today, however, so…

I was slowly immersing to some surprisingly solid writing (for the porn VN, ofc), quite believable …all the way up to the frisking scene.

Oh, dear. Spanish shame is strong with this one. Spanish shame for the author that is.

I remembered how and why I face-palmed myself and deleted this nonsense all those years ago.

There is no such thing as NTR for me. Tits are tits, porn is a porn and I’m not imagining myself being MC or whatever. A nice render and some mild suspension of disbelief is all I’m asking for if I’m even bother to read it. In many cases I go straight to the /image folder.

Problem is this thing has some solid writing from the very start but dear God…

Many of us like to hate America but, to borrow from its current president, c’mon, man.

Police abuse is real, particularly in liberal societies, but cops are not THIS moronic, even in America and America is only 50% Idiocracy yet. Maybe 70%. Definitely not 100%.

Btw. I’m not NTR-aficionado, I had no idea two moronic cops humiliating themselves in front of the crowd counts as NTR as well, though. Or is it ‘humiliation’ tag? LOL!

I suppose I’ll go back and force myself through the rest of this Spanish shame. Afterall, some has to train to combat one’s fringe reaction somehow.

Yes, that scene is rather over the top. At the time, I had a partner who was doing the writing, and that's the way he wanted that scene to go. In retrospect, I agree with you that it went too far, but I've been focusing on completing the project, rather than going back and editing parts that people have already seen. Maybe some day I'll go back and tone it down.

Also, please note that I'm probably much older than you (perhaps decades) and grew up in the American South in the 1960's, where blatant police misconduct was tolerated and even encouraged at times, so I may have had to suspend my disbelief less than you.

And, finally - "c'mon, man, it's a story!" If you want 100% believability, that excludes about 90% of the projects here...

But if you don't like it, thanks for stopping by, and feel free to walk away.

Just for the record, the story is set in about 2005. (There are a few references throughout to place it, but the main one is the "Hurricane Katrina" one in the first chapter.) That choice was made so that it'd be after camera phones came to be (since they're a plot element) but before smartphones and "everybody has a video camera in their pocket" which did fundamentally change police behavior.

But there's no question that particular scene really stretched the limits of believability, regardless of when it occurred. Since the project is now mine alone (the guy who wrote that scene left after Chapter 4) I accept responsibility for that.

It's OK. It's been some months since this topic last came up, and I don't fundamentally expect people new to the game will read 140+ pages of comments. And it'll come up again. At least firevoodoo was polite about it. Some of the comments early in this thread's lifetime were a LOT less so...

There are good cops, bad cops, and sometimes just dumb cops, even today.
A woman in New Jersey (I think?) was pulled over for speeding and when she refused to answer any of their questions, they arrested her and then proceeded to tell her that she had the right to remain silent.
BTW, the lady, who comes from a family of law enforcement and who was herself a lawyer got $30k for her troubles.

Yeah, I've heard and seen a few things in my time as well.

I was falsely accused of crimes I didn't do and when arrested and in the cop car, the cops would mess with people and get them to do things in exchange for not charging them, then when they got back in their car (I was in the back seat) one cop said to the other "did he really do that?" and the other said, while laughing "yeah!".

Another time, while in a jail cell under the courtroom awaiting my trial for the crime I didn't commit (it's a crooked system), I was in a cell with a bunch of people (not very bad people to be honest, it taught me a lot). One of the guys who was in with me was talking to a cop that came up to the bars to chat with him. When I asked him about it later I found out that him and the cop were childhood friends. His criminal record was lengthy, the only difference between him and the cop was that when they were teens they both broke into a building. When the cops arrived his friend got away, he did not and he was charged. His friend was that cop that spoke to him.

I've heard quite a few. I am almost glad I was false accused of crimes I didn't commit as it taught me a lot not only about the system, which is as corrupt as it gets, but also about some of the people in jail. I met one man that robbed a bank, it was all over the news. He was a REALLY nice guy! You would not think he could EVER do that. But he was desperate and he regretted what he did... he felt especially bad about scaring the teller. Nicest guy you could ever meet. Quite an educational experience. Oh, and my lawyers were crooked and didn't give a shit about me. They felt I was guilty when I was not so I ended up in jail, twice, for crimes I didn't commit. If I am ever charged again, I will represent MYSELF. heheh (oh, and my judge wasn't much better, he was known as "the hanging judge", and it's not just in the deep south, I am Canadian)
