If you use save editor, edit Variable 322 to 0. That's the experience needed to level up. If you set it to 0, you can level up unlimited times 
hmmm so there is chance simular games like this might get "republished" to, looking forward for them

Hey everyone, to save you the few days it takes to grind this ridiculous game, here's a save file that's been edited for pretty much maximum stats!
Saves are located here:
C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Thinstall\FamilyTherapy\%drive_F%\Project1\www\save
Scenes I've found are the ones with the gym owner (talk to her after working), voyeur the parents between 20-24:00, the $100 massage scene at the salon, full date scenes with both Tracy and Barbara, and a scene in the lifeguard tower with Barbara. Let me know if y'all find anything new! Enjoy the nice CG's

The game looks good, the graphics are excellent, but I got bored just going through the demo.

getting an insert cd into drive E error..lol...game will not run..used Mega link..it downloaded fine..and extracted fine..hmmm
I do persevere, but I have yet to find a single one of those games that I like.
I especially hate the ones that require using keyboard input to play, but I still try them anyway.
If I want to play a game, I put on my Oculus Rift headset, but I come here to be entertained by interactive stories that don't require me to play hide and seek with what I need to click on to proceed with the story.
