Progress is tracked via registry entries. The addition of arcade mode seems to have broken some of those registry entries. Originally, the entries were stored in "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Fatal Fire Studio\FAP NIGHTS AT FRENNIs" but now they are in "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Fatal Fire Studio\FAP N.A.F. ARCADE MODE". So -- to move your progress from one to the other, you would have to export the entries from the "FAP NIGHTS AT FRENNIs" key then open the resulting .reg file in notepad (or text editor of your choice), change the key from "FAP NIGHTS AT FRENNIs" to "FAP N.A.F. ARCADE MODE", then save and open the updated .reg file to import the values into the correct location.

EDIT: Sorry, forgot to mention.
The New scene is the "Fexa Cupid" scene. It's the same as with the Frenni cupid scene from V0.2.4.
Just buy the "Cupid Fexa" outfit if you haven't already and then get caught by Fexa.
Guides are up to date too already.
