Where are the shadows?

I am using universal render pipeline on this game and dynamic shadows for point lights (interior and exterior lights like lamps) are not supported.
shadows are available for direct light like sun. since day/night cycle is disabled, sun (direct light) is also inactive.

this is how it will look like when i enable day/night cycle in next build.

Self shadow was set to minimum since I'm using an anime shader. If I increase the shadows char models look funny. I'll fix that someday. But today is not that day.
