Yep, she takes care of him.
I'd be inclined to wait for the update to start again , there's an awful lot to do in the first seven days after your father gets sick. Make a save you can go back to from then, after that it loosens up quite a lot.
I love this game.....Good luck with it!!!!

The graphics are excellent for me, the gameplay kind of boring, the story is fine, and the bugs are so annoying that it almost made the game unenjoyable. If only all the bugs were fixed, sometimes the game goes slower. This game could be at least a game I could play every day.
