The plant happens after the party if you leave with Laura. It's the start of her romance. If your combat is high enough you get an extra scene that may lead to something more soon.

My tier is lower this time so I don't have access to this preview but it seems that it's a blowjob from some new girl. I'm always up for some bj. I just realized that there is no black character in this game so would be cool for diversity if she (or someone else) was black

This game right now seems very confused about where it wants to go. It comes across as a Harvest Moon type game but events are tied to days as opposed to milestones so it's more like a VN. The party is a great example of this. It is entirely possible to go there without booze or relationship points with anyone. I'm reminded of Stardew Valley and the first time you go to the spring dance and you don't have enough relationship points to dance with anyone so the event is a big waste of a day. Likewise, the quest to give medicine and food to the father character right now stops right when the game/demo ends. It also looks like the PC will leave the town so if you were working on that quest line it becomes impossible to complete. I know that it is still early but seems weird. Hopefully, it will eventually open up.
The inventory, especially the storage box is also a mess. A lot of the icons are similar or the same and hovering over the item doesn't tell you what it is so you need to pull it out and hope you get what you want or waste time putting it back and pulling out the next thing if it wasn't. I've just read through some pages of this thread and it seems like a lot of these have been said before but figured I should add to the chorus. BRM's points are spot on.

I still stand by the points that I made earlier in the thread. I do also know a bit more of what is planned from some conversations with others and let me mention a few things that may make you feel better. I know I do.
The game is going through a MASSIVE update right now. Basically, if all goes according to plan the fixed day system will be dead as a doornail in a few days. The party might STILL be tied to a specific day, but that's probably the only major event. Redd's health will be handled differently, and there will be time to actually farm for money. MuseX spends a lot of his time right now getting the basic game play in order, so these things will probably keep changing a lot from patch to patch until the farming is working well. He's also planning house modifications, fishing, and a whole bunch of other stuff besides porn. There will still be a good amount of porn though.
Not sure what his plans are on the inventory, but I figure it will be in better shape soon. He's already overhauling Stamina, which was fucking horrible in the last update.
