What do you mean by “full save” and why do you need it? If by this you mean a save in which all the events of the game have already been completed and you just want to look at them through the gallery (without playing the game yourself), then this is a pointless endeavor and the in-game gallery cannot be opened this way. Read the FAQ (1.5.2)Pls Full save
There are different ways to do it...One of the players, I remember, bragged that his Monica, without using cheats, earned about 40-50k USD by the "final" Ep3 and even told us in which quests. So technically it's quite possible, as they say, if only you wanted to. Anyway, you can always use the official cheats. I don't know what the obsession with the gallery is, but I can tell you that it's very difficult to complete it without using cheats.
I finished the first episode (which I found quite linear) and I think I have unlocked 70% of the gallery.

In the OP (first post), under the relevant spoilers, it states which versions are available for download. In a nutshell, yes, there are 1080p extra versions of all the eps of the game here, which are for PC and playable without problems. And although technically there is a 720 version of the game for both WIN, MAC and Android, but in fact, 720p is mostly relevant only for Android smartphones, which are inferior to PC in many params.

But yeah, the RPGM engine is where FB started..and later DM rewrote the game's code to fit the increasingly popular RenPy.

Yes, it's very noticeable, at least in the episode I played, you can click on almost everything on the screen.Yeah, if you stare into the abyss for long enough, the abyss will stare back at you.
Although the conversations are a little awkward, there are times when they stop talking and you have to click on the character again to continue the conversation.
