try this originally full saves for EP2 V16
Not sure they should be compatible with V2.1... the event list will not work but there is text file with the detailed description
they are about 100 saves files that covering all the scenes for EP2
you will also be able to see Bardie scenes that was banned
but giving it a try doesn't hurt.. do not forget to backup your save folder.

the EP2 is too much grinding and that saves are perfect!
you can axplore all path without grinding...
thos saves are original from DM and the fact that they are no more available in his site means that no one was able to replay EP2 because the grinding is too much also for the DM team!!

well i have done it 3 or 4 times since eps3 started
and the grind aren't that bad
maybe you think so
but this is a game not a visual novel
you can't even find a good AAA game without grind in 1 kind or another
example dance on the street you can do it on around 8 days
so you have covered all the dance moves and the citizen
and archived all gallery pics/scenes

Oh...according to Melanie - yes. But we see no Melanies castings. (shame to DM)
New castings that will take place of Biff ones (i suppose you read leaked dialogues)... They are more intrigue.
And i think Biff will bring us a lot more - don`t forget that he take this place with power of 218`s handlers.

ANYWAY, your trick seemed to solve it!? I don't have as short of a path name as you suggested but I tried shortening the longest names of each folder it was in and BAM I got into the office with Biff! So far so good. Thank you so much
