Come one man, there is always a way to make her more slut haha. I've always supported the possibility of such a romance between them and even a possible Monica+Claire ending (long before DM hinted at something like that). I have no problem with Monica's lesbian relationship with anyone (even Vika).
And you're right, it's worth separating romance from the concept of a "happy slut". So I'd be all for it if, among other endings, there was such a romantic lesbian ending where Monica and Claire sail off into the sunset together, leaving all the scum and villains behind.

What's the problem with a lesbo romance ending? Claire is Monica's only real friend who is genuinely friends with her without hiding a knife behind her back. I think this kind of likely ending has been brewing for a long time. Of course, I don't know how a simple teacher would be able to help Monica escape the country or make the same Farmers get away from her, but in terms of their relationship, a romantic ending is pretty logical. (imo)

I'm still holding out hope that Claire gets her own VN and sailing off into the sunset with Monica would probably not be conducive to that. Claire is the least tainted character of all these characters and I'm sure an interesting VN for her could be created. Of course she could get a Prequel........
Plus my main Playthrough has Melanie as Monica's friend as well, so far I see no sign of Monica trying to assist Melanie with Victoria.

I've written here before that lesbian scenes do absolutely nothing for me. If this game had none I wouldn't be complaining. The possible romantic like ending between Monica and Claire does make sense though. Claire is the only character she has befriended in any way during the game. Can't say this ending would be one I'd choose for any of my Monica's but it at least would be consistent (unlike the last couple of Fred scenes) narratively.

it seems that we`ll have Tatoo store scene in 4.05 from this spoiler. 2 scenes must be in next ones - party before wedding (there all girls will see tatoo) and wedding with alex (smth fckn cruel must be there, i think there won`t be any happy ending with Alex, like Vicky will come in chruch with Melanie in collar). and it will be end of Melanie in game.

So we now know from the spoiler we will have 5 scenes or events in v5. A big update to the Shiny Hole which is well overdue. Vic and Melanie are off to the tattoo shop. Unsure if there will be any follow up during this update. Most likely not as Vic's next event should be a big girls party. So what else will be added?
The scenes I'm most anticipating are the next husband audition, the follow up visit to the porn studio, Freds magic cock(just kidding), the next day in the basement, a new Marcus scene, the systems administrator getting in the action finally and some VIP or street walker continuation.
What I know is to come but have limited interest in. The meeting at night between Monica and Grace, the next magic cock scene, revenge quest, any scene that doesn't feature Monica, Julia seducing Ralph, any Julia and Betty match up, maybe I should just write anything with Julia.

Yes that sounds like it will be the next husband audition. The next should be good like the Mason one. Olaf was pathetic and disappointing with Mr Campbell having to try and save the scene. Hope it will be Mr Smith, he is quite the mystery at the moment.

I imagine that I'm in the minority here, but I'd actually be quite interested in seeing a Julia and Betty plotline develop. I'm probably wrong about this, but I don't really believe that Julia is in love with Monica, or ever was. She certainly hasn't treated Monica like I would expect her to treat someone she loves. I think that Julia was infatuated and obsessed with Monica, and maybe that she mistook it for being in love. But, once she had Monica, I think that her infatuation has given way to a desire to own Monica.
