I remember DM did a poll to determine the most popular fetishes among FB patrons, and I have bad news for you. This stuff is not popular at all.
How could there be a happy ending and i mean that in regard to getting her old life back, apart from the revenge path, when Monicas lewd photos, the new course of the magazine are made public? Shes been "used" from most likely everybody that she known. Getting her old life back? it must be 180 Turn for that. You cant just say, "ok from now i am not everybodys plaything. Ignore my lewd photos, we are making classy fashion again".Since when did happy slut become the equivalent of a happy ending?There are dozens of different games for "happy slut" fans, I don't see the point in dragging that "fetish" into FB, a game that never had it (and hopefully won't). To get rid of Monica's harassment by Farmers and blackmailers of all sorts, to let her find personal happiness, but not with those assholes we know as "investors"), to help her get rid of her bitchiness and arrogance and get her old life back - there are quite a lot of options, if you really want happiness for Monica. The only question is which of these things the developer himself wants for Monica. And whether he wants any of it at all, hehe.
As for poor Melanie, things are looking pretty pessimistic so far, and we still don't know if she'll have a chance to get rid of her "friendship" with Victoria and get out of her usual state of a mouthless obedient zombie. I wouldn't mind seeing the very end of the game (among other good and bad endings) where Monica and Melanie kick Victoria's ass and she becomes their personal slave.

Actually, it's very popular. Maybe it just isn't popular among supporters of Fashion Business.

The problem with that poll was it only asked for our favourite. It took no data on peoples 2nd or 3rd or 8th favourite fetish from the list. Rimming could of been in the top 3 for 60% of people.

Well..One can always leave this country, leaving everything behind.. One can repent and apologize, mentioning that she was blackmailed and threatened into doing obscene seances in a fashion magazine that was taken away from her. Most people in the normal world have notions of humanity and tend to sympathize with those they feel have been unfairly wronged, much less harassed and threatened by things like The Farm.
As you may recall, in the second episode we have the opportunity to put Monica up to the microphone, and instead of saying what Biff told her to say (about changing the course of the magazine), she can say that she's been robbed of her money, threatened and blackmailed... But it all ends badly: the next frame of the game shows the stable at Farm 218 and the local "stable boy" brandishing a naked Monica. End Game.
I mean, Monica is basically a victim with nowhere to go (she's just left with no other choice), so it's quite playable and makes for a good ending. It's all about the desire (or lack thereof) of the developer himself.

I agree that as the game has gone on and Monica has put herself in many more compromising positions, that her hope of her dream ending with her company and fortune back seems to slip further away. My opinion is that the game was set up this way from ep1. In ep1 you had 2 branches of good to decent endings. The good where she never meets Marcus and expresses love towards the unseen husband while living on as before. The decent one of Dick saving her by marrying her. Then there is the path that continues into ep2. This is her worse case scenario at that time other than being picked up and taken to the farm.
So I believe we will have several endings where Monica compromises, gives up on her company and fortune then settles for the lesser evil like she did with Dick.
Your question on how there can be a happy ending is a good one. I know Stan5851 main Monica hasn't done any of the prostitute stuff and I think he is hoping that if he keeps Monica as clean as possible that some sort of ending like the film "The Game" happens. Where this has been some sort of test or a big life lesson for Monica orchestrated by her husband and his friends. And if she has managed to avoid becoming a whore and learns not to treat others around her like shit, he will take her back. But if she hasn't changed he will leave her to this new life she is living.

I see 2 options, probably both wrong.
1) Monica is at the restaurant with whoever, the blonde sees her there and blackmails her, threatening to expose what she saw at the casting. The blonde was offered a big sum if she will do a girl to girl scene and sees Monica as her best chance to make that happen.
2) After Olaf let it out of the bag that Monica told him she owns the La Grand Hotel. The four gentlemen would like a private room with her, on the house, at her hotel. She needs money desperately to pay for the room and sees the porn studio as the only way to raise the funds. I think the VIP scene may be linked with the shareholders.

So it was kind of in the top 3...but only in the context where there was a vote for most wanted scene (or something like that). and the patrons voted for Fred and Monica.or magic, Fred and dick could have all top 3. Things we would never know

Yes the blonde would be kind of bluffing, but depending on which shareholder she is dining with Monica would not risk them finding out about her porn casting. She wants that dowry.

Like I guessed a few post back, it will be blackmail of something Monica has done earlier in the game that she wants kept secret. Or she needs some quick money that she can only, as she sees it, make from working with the studio. I will be very surprised if in the end it doesn't come down to either of those two reasons.It looks like there will be an update with many surprises and twists
