• Fixed error in the old house area during the evening.
• Fixed error with missing GUI file
• Improved performance of navigation on the scene. Objects highlighting, etc.
• Reduced memory consumption (may help with out of memory crashes on some computers)

I just updated the game to hotfix2 via Update Game function and it just won't start after restarted the game and also my pc. Any ideas?

Because I just changed the update code because of the high amount of side traffic to my server.
It seems your updating process was not completed.

Decent monkey hot fix is just for win or Mac use or it's also available for Android?
