It seems extremely unlikely that she'll ever regain her old lifestyle, but I think there's a possibility that she can forge a new and much humbler lifestyle if she avoids complete degradation. On some paths, Monica gets to hit back hard against some of her tormentors and enjoys some very satisfying revenge, so things were definitely better for her on those days!
Agree that her never changing internal monologue gets annoying over time, but I think it'd be a coding nightmare to have it track her current behaviour, given how many potential paths she can follow. I can't read a word of Russian, but the code base of Fashion Business is huge compared to other Ren'Py games, which makes it very easy for mistakes to creep in. Just look at all the times Monica internally rants with 'I hate her!' to Biff and other males, or 'I hate him!' to Victoria and other females. DM will probably get around to fixing those cases one day, but they'd be pretty low priority because we can easily see the correct context as players.
Yep, I'm right there with you. Combine it with unnecesarilly lengthy scenes with lot of useless talking and thinking and you have got a mayor turn off there. It's really a shame. One other aspect of this game is humiliation of Monica. Now I wouldn't mind it much if it was during those sex scenes, but humiliation mostly comes out of them. Like she does something (sexual or not) and eventually it's turn around against her, etc. Sometimes you have to question DecentMonkey's motivations behind creating this game. Like what is his goal with those scenes? What the hell he expects us to get excited about.

Though Lida's Adventure is no where as good a game in comparison to this, in the humiliation department it does best Fashion Business.

Kind of hard to agree with that. The fact that Lida is extremely stupid and the whole story is completely unrealistic, even by standards of adult games detracts from the fun of playing Lida's Adventures. Lida can be easily persuaded to do almost everything and the only reaction she shows is, "Oh, well, I don't want to do it, but why not, ok." I think it is much more fun when the character who is humiliated is smart (or at least she thinks she is smart), strong-willed and arrogant such as Monica.
Lida's Adventures has some bestiality content and that can be fun, I agree. But then again, there is almost no such content with Lida herself, at least for now.
Main problem for me is that humilition isn't related to sex scene but is sort of there in general. It's like if you go to work and simply humiliate someone because they are dressed badly or done something stupid. Interesting. You're right that Monica is bullied often through the game in exactly the way she bullied people before her downfall. Her treatment of Julia her maid is a prime example. The bullying of Monica is often used to lead her to the various sexual scenarios she finds herself in. These scenarios are still what she finds most humiliating. I agree with Sabertooth__ that her downfall or humiliation has stagnated a little recently but I'm sure the cock choking or public humiliations you described will eventually come.

I'm glad to announce that I have returned home from the hospital.
I still have 32% lung damage, so it will take time to fully recover.
