yes there are you can use it but you can't play with it

your problem is you have already eat
if you have turned food of in cheat turn it on again and go there next day
don't click the sink but on ashley or joe

and btw you can upload your save here no reason to use a host

By choice probably, never came across any other Ren'Py game preventing you from skipping unseen text. Most known engine limitation is rollback function depending on the game.

i often managed to use ctrl
but if i recall u need to use a combination of mouse and keyboard

do u see this event list in your game

if not you should really start a new game
it's very helpful

furthermore i think you have installed the gallery mod
it's not ment to be played with
it bugs the game

i managed to pick up the butplug and can start the marcus storie line from your last save
so uninstall the gallery mod and i am sure you can continue
