you can't even be a little near where fred shall talk to monika
i am not sure how far i am into the game but it's probably a year in gamedays
have you looked at the guide
i suggest you follow it by version aka v0.2 read an do all then to next v0.3 ETC ETC

I guess it's a misunderstanding. We're talking about the scene where Fred sends Monica to Dick the very first time in episode 2.
After installing a fresh copy that event triggered on day 1 or 2 for me!

Just keep talking to the blue pants guy and dance naked in front of him like 3 times then the other guy with the white shirt will appear I managed to unlock that scene in the free version it's not in the extra

Have you also deleted the folder in your user folder (if you are on Windows)? The game is using the save files from there.

Thanks. Monica danced naked in front of him once and again but I will do it more times.
I already did that, but the scene isn't highlighted in the gallery, some bug maybe.
some scenes never show up for me like the shower in the main house at the very start
