Ik this is a bit of a far fetched idea given the game is fairly new, but I feel like mod support would help this game a lot.

Game's obviously still in a very early state but it needs unique sex scenes or something. I feel like too many of these "open-world" 3D porn games end up falling into the trap of every bit of sex just feeling like more of the same, especially when you're able to fuck random enemies. Could be very easily solved with unique NPCs with their own designs, and sex scenes to take advantage of that. Could range from something as simple as a hot lady with massive boobs that gives a special titjob animation to something like a special interspecies character (furry/anthro, monster person, some kind of artificial construct like a golem or robot, etc.) and a scene taking advantage of some different part of their anatomy. A snake person with two dicks? A giant lady three times the size of the player character? Who knows, but right now all that's in the game is fairly standard.

Your idea of "very easily" is tens of thousands of man hours. I shudder to think what you would consider just moderately difficult to implement.

A few bugs I found to report:
A couple of questions for the Dev if they are active here:
- Goblin blowjob not going into her mouth whilst in first person.
- Dense fog indoors (Made it hard to find the Tavern door lol).
- Futa character penis disappears when reloading, making them female and locking off animations.
- Reloading to before you attack someone doesn't always reset their aggression or stand them back up if they're downed.
- People get suck on lamp posts and start slide walking backwards
- Short hair clips high cheek bones
- First person camera is off centre from the neck
A couple of questions for the Dev if they are active here:
- Will you be adding actual Beards? All I can find is stubble.
- Any chance you can make the Slime-Girls semi-transparent or translucent (possibly a slider for the players choice?) Also will you be adding any shapeshifting to them? (Futa and Nipple Fucking comes to mind)
- Will all Goblin girls have the same body type in the future? Or will they have various thickness, breast size, muscularity and hip sizes too?
- Is Human, Goblin, Slime and Succubus the only female NPC's atm?
- Will you be adding stomach bulge for when getting fucked by a minotaur?
- Can you make it so you can get a first person view from the NPC?
- Is defeating the Minotaur the only way to get anal scene with a female? Is there not any female NPC's than can do anal?

Did you solve that?
I just downloaded, and only get a "LOADING" screen with a loading animation after character creation. ESC->Respawn doesn't do a thing.
EDIT: Apparently taskswapping has something to do with it. Restarted the game, didn't taskswap while in the LOADING screen, worked.

I don't think there are any NPC Futa. Just the Player Character than can be one.

My usage of the phrase wasn't really meant to be taken that literally, but I also feel like you're exaggerating with "tens of thousands of man hours" there. Then again, considering this (overly-ambitious) game has been a one-man development job for about.. a little over a year now, who knows how long it'll take for things to continue as they are. Sadly the dev seems to be getting less on Patreon compared to some (imo) worse games, like My Lust Wish, which sounds like it's promising something similar enough but feels incredibly crusty, even compared to the early-ish state of this game. Doesn't help that slaen's Patreon isn't offering anything for higher-paying tiers, just a "let me know what to put here" and "wow thanks!"

Correct, the game hasn't reached a point in development that inclusion of a story is appropriate. A potential story has been discussed on previous patreon posts which are public that outlines a story between demons and an "inquisition" but beyond that there is very little lore in the game so far. You're probably the first person I've seen shown interest in the story.
I'm not the developer but I was a patron for a while and we had weekly talks, I can't answer all of these questions but I can a few:

That's a bit sad for a "game" that's in development for nearly one and a half years, isn't it?
I took a quick look now and deleted after 20 minutes. Seems at this point it's nothing more than a character creator and a couple of ways to have sex with NPCs. (and a few simple quests) Or did I miss something?
Had that, too. Putting on your clothes for a second fixed it for me.

Not really but it depends on your perspective, most people don't focus as much on the story in these type of games, usually depth of story is regulated to vn/renpy games where text has to carry the game forward. Personally I want more rpg elements like skills and proper idle/movement/combat animations, I'd rather there be gameplay before story. The game has actually been in development for longer than that with the developer first posting publicly as far back as February of 2019 but he's always posted consistently since then (every tuesday) and has been up front about every roadblock and development as it happens.
Given the ambitious nature of the game, the fact that he likely only works on it in his free time, and is learning how to develop as he goes it doesn't come across as sad to me but again, perspective.
All characters (goblin, human, slime, succubus, minotaur) with the exception of imps have animations but there are no animations between monsters as of yet.
