So, what we get as "new" content is actually re-hashed content from at least a year ago.
1) It is a re-hash of the Dubai trip with slight changes in EATING sections. Yep, a lot of interesting pictures of FOOD added.
2) The "hack the phone" is done slightly differently
3) The "sex scene" is what USED TO BE the "Test Format" released JUST before restarting the whole project.
So, for an "update", we end up with "re-used content" AND have massive sections CUT. No "early years", no "Scottish training nights", no "College Fun", no Hypno doctor, no 1st mission of hiding USB OR Photo-techs.
1.12 (Early Release) is NOTHING but the Dubai trip, everything else has been removed or scaled back to virtually nothing.
So, if someone was planning on adding this content to existing game, it might work as an "update". But the truth is, Crush already
1) Said that it was going to skip the "early years".
2) Needed more time to
3) Do more things
4) Before a deadline of 2 weeks AFTER what was already said to be the target deadline.
You know, I'm not even mad anymore. I'm just annoyed hat you can claim to be putting out an "update" and yet end up with LESS content than what you had when you "re-started the project" after all this time. It is like saying you are going to re-edit the Bible and a year later you are still debating on if you want to include "In the Beginning" or not.

I wonder if this has something to do with it
Wouldn't surprise me if he messaged the mods saying "don't allow the patreon version to be uploaded" or something like that

Condone means 'approve', but it doesn't mean that you can't. You're just doing it without permission.
Well, considering that one of Crush's own posts FLAT OUT MENTIONED a bar scene, it wasn't that naive at all to think that there would be one.I thought there would be topless bar scene. How naive I was.
What you should really ask yourself is how naive are you to think that Crush's "promises" are what will actually be 'delivered" at this point.
The only reason I say this is because according to Crush's own posts, there was a rather largely implied indication that there was some "writing of new scenes" happening with regard to 1.12. It must have been extremely difficult to write a large portion of "going out to eat" section than first thought. Especially when it involves using (IMO) wasted time and effort to link virtually every menu item with images that doesn't really do anything to improve the game overall. Then when the "meal time" was over, just "plug and play" a pre-written "test scene" from almost a year ago.
To put it in real-world business format. This is Ford going around praising the hell out of the 2022 "New" Mustangs, only to release the 2020 Mustang, but brag about how bright and shiny the new coat of paint is under the showroom lights. Take it out on the streets, and it still has all the flaws and "rattles" of the 2020 Mustang all along.
