Hey guys! I had a solid week and was able to convert 73 storyboard slides into working game passages. It’s coming together!
This is a club-heavy episode, with a couple of important plot points. The set piece sex scene is so hot.
I’ll aim to wrap up this phase tomorrow, then I can move onto the final phase before release: editing, polishing, and coding in artwork.
Okay, short report this week because everything went smoothly. Have a great Monday night, guys, and I'll report progress next week!

I think that's probably wishful thinking. You think people haven't tried already, probably a LOT? Look how much people hate Lust and Passion, and he's not even top 10. Guarantee it has been tried. Patreon doesn't care.

Hi guys! It's almost but not quite ready. I've been working hard every day, punching up dialogue and description.
It's infuriating that I need to do so much editing, but it improves the episode so much. I'm working through adding new dialogue branches, tweaking the pacing on the "spicy" scenes so we get to savour what makes them hot, tightening up the "story" scenes so they're pacy and interesting.
Our illustrator lovely Victoria is also flat out at work finalising the art assets, which are looking awesome so far.
I'm working on it full time every day (as usual) so it's going as fast as it can! Release will be Soon™ but there are a few more things I want to tweak before we push it out.

I predicted 2 more updates this year, and crush already on track for 3 instead.


Looks like this update will finish by end of June.
Then White Russian side quest update starts.

So far we've had an update on:
Jan 23rd 2023
March 30th 2023
April to June (Escalating Bar girl)
July to Sept (White Russian)
October to Dec

Admittedly the Jan 23rd one is an update that would count for last year. So we're two updates this year so far.

if 4 updates this year (5 if you count jan 23rd) then it's a decent track record.

Approaching mid of July and still no update, what's your reasoning this time?

While you have certainly done the maths, I want to point point out that it makes sense to release something around Christmas time in order to keep the income, well, coming in

I would suspect that we'll see only one more update this year and it would be fine by me as long as it is of a decent size or have an actual impact on gameplay. That would give crush from August to the end of the year.

That is exactly my problem with practically every female MC corruption game. The developers always introduce more ladies to increase the corruption instead of corrupting the one female MC even more. I personally enjoy the increasing corruption of a single MC. I want her to resist for quite some time and yet to fail in the end. I want her to give up her believes and her whole existence just to follow the tempting path into depravity. So far no developer could deliver. Some got close, but ultimately they all introduced more girls instead of corrupting the one all the way...

But well. Hope never dies...

I honestly hate the "corruption" trope. There is pretty much no game in which a male protagonist gets "corrupted" just because he starts to have more and more sex, but for female PCs people somehow pretend like a woman falls to the dark side just because she realizes she likes sex.

Technically there is such games for male protagonists too -- but they generally involved feminization of said MC and getting fucked by other dudes. Which pretty much circles back to that "girls who have sex are corrupted" nonsense.

That's even worse...

I mean...all this slut shaming etc. made somewhat sense in times when any sex could lead to a pregnancy so women had to be more selective, but now when it is just about having fun...it would be a huge win-win for everybody if people could get these old stereotypes out of their systems.

But to get back on topic here: So the direction of FA is, to have the MC become a full blown bargirl now? And Langley will agree to that? Will be interesting to see how or even if he can write that in at least a somewhat believable manner.
