No she's not a honeypot from the beginning, because if she was then it wouldn't have the scene of the discussion with the Director about it & the one after about the government supplied meds for STD's & STI's. Besides the fact that there wouldn't be the choice of becoming a bargirl vs being a barmaid.

Also ye must have some pretty low standards because only 1 male that she encountered in the bar/club wasn't ugly.

I didn't say she would abort the mission by saying no to Connor at the casting. She has a whole team of people to her disposal. They broke in to the club to find info and they have hacked the cameras etc. They would be rather amateurish if she goes to the casting, says no to the rape, leaves and the entire Agency just says: "Damn. What a pity. We then cannot think of ANY possibility to continue. Let's just drop everything and go back to our tea.".

They would EXPECT her not to be raped, that it might not work out. And have a contingency. A Plan B. And Plan C. Otherwise they are idiots.

So a couple of alternatives for Crush:
Alternative A: He could have setup the casting so she could pass in a more realistic way.
Alternative B: That Connor for example might require other things instead (drugs, money (debt) or whatever) or that he actually might like someone saying no to him and might play a longer game for fun. I think he finds her attractive enough.
Alternative C: Make it so that the casting always is a bit undressed but she stops at at realistic point, failing the casting but then utilizing the agency's resources to find another way.
Alternative D: There never was a casting. They scout Connor out first, find weaknesses/material/blackmail and uses it (as a real agency would do). He could however require that she "models" for him, a casting if you will, so that she is not entirely useless. If he is to back her, he must know she at least will not embarrass him.

There are SO many ways he could have made those episodes SO much better. She is not a trained agent using any possible sexpionage to get info. Or have I totally misread her backstory?

Id listen to this person.. This would be an change of the story that I could stand behind..

If you have a problem with Conner then this game is not for you. It's that simple. What do you think is going to happen once our agent starts working upstairs (fingers crossed for summer 2025)? We already got preview of her future clients - ageing, overweight farangs; cocky, entitled, assholes with money; mobsters etc. Or do you think she will work as a bargirl without fucking anyone?

Regarding your alternatives (A) just because you don't like something doesn't mean its unrealistic. (B) you expect a desperate, broke tourist to provide you with money or drugs? (C) making crush create new story branch extending this already bloated intro even more and for what reason? (D) if they can leverage Connor then this whole mission is pointless and there is no game.

Then Crush should allow us to skip content we have no interest in seeing.. Simply make a note stating, "This next scene our protagonist will be raped by fat ugly bastards and connor, if you wish to skip it simply click the skip button".. And every one is happy Yaaay

lol , I must have low standards? we talk about what the character thinking, so cody and the Norwegian guy under her standards was good or at less right guys

And yes, she was a honeypot from the beginning and all the selections she has made, if you did not finish the game they already put you or lead you to be a honepot, only that I just notice it.

Although, using STDS has to do with the fact of being Honeypot, I make me ask me if you understand the concept of being a honeypot

It's a fake choice, the code doesn't actually check how high your arousal is so there is no way to pass the check.

I've been playing around with SpicyChat in the last few days. I am absolutely convinced that, with the help of AI, Crush could not only produce material 1000% faster but also 1000% better. I found the writing in the recent updates to be poor.
I put together something like this in SpicyChat in half an hour and had a lot of fun. This is the future:

can you skip the White Russian mission? It's a dead end. I selected [Cancels White Russian] I'll Pass.] when Lauren wants to go on a double date but the mission still starts later on.

No. None of the skills, mechanics or whatever it is that is presented as such has any meaning. There is no way to improve any of it. AFAIK some of them aren't even being tracked in game. It is all just "flavour" at this point.

No, in a previous version that involved lifepath (well, first version of it at least) there was a way to "train" skills and increase them... in this version all the skills are just window dressing with no influence of story or any gameplay mechanic tied to them. Just as a lot of other stuff that seem to do somehing (person liking or disliking MC, suspicion, etc.).

Is this another one of these games that get "redone" halfway through the story over and over again or am i missing something? 6 Years, all the stats stuff does not matter and on the first optional mission of many the game stops.
