So far none of the choices you make have any major effect other than different dialog. As mentioned, if you didn't see sex, there was no sex.
I think if you don’t playup the sexy barmaid / aren’t flirty with the customers then you get called into the office and someone disciplined you by slapping your behind. So, that’s a different scene based on choices
though the game is years old, we’re still very early on the plot so a lot of potential choices might play out later. For example, the old ex pat who wants to take modeling photos of you, and you can give him your number or not. How nice you are to Roxy, Amanda, etc. we’ll see.
We’ll see in 5 to 6 years, likely. For any other game I’d call it a lost cause. But this one is good enough to check back in on despite the maddeningly sluggish pace.
Yea, I don't have any doubt that the eventual plan is for choices to matter. The fact that you get those "xxxx liked that" or "xxxxx disliked that" messages makes that fairly clear. Just so far it's a very linear text story with slight variations based on choices.
Perhaps I can ask my grandchildren to check on it 50 years from now.

Hi! I'm new to this game.. How far is the reworked V.1.15.1 content to the 1.6.3? Based on what i've been looking at, this game has been reworked several times and i noticed at the 1.15.1 we didn't start on our childhood, does the content difference is very far?

I would still play 1.6.3. The rework is still in the early stages and is very linear.

1.6 consist of the Childhood story, school, uni, training to become an agent until she gets to go undercover in Bangkok - where the story ends
1.15 Starts with a little introduction and prologue story mission (in Kuala Lumpur) and goes very quickly to Bangkok and to her undercover job as a topless bar tender.

Still waiting on Americans to finally realize that while "football" is a pretty good name for footie, it's a spectacularly unintuitive misnomer for a game that does not, for the most part, involve actually footing the ball. And to think it was Ivy Leaguers who were too bloody stupid to figure that out while developing their rugby for pussies that anyone with a lick of sense should have called American Handball...

You mean adapting Rugby Football? Gridiron football split from the Rugby football union in 1880 when they decided that instead of a scrummage they should have a line of scrimmage after the ball was fairly held during a tackle. It was 15 years later that the two rugby codes formed with the Northern Rugby Football Union forming to allow players to be paid and eventually becoming Rugby League. Now it is possible that they could have gone with American rugby but seeing as everyone saw rugby as a version of football it made more sense for them to follow the Canadians in naming convention and go with American football, something the Australians would also do.
The Rugby Footbal League (RFL) and Rugby Football Union (RFU) are still the governing bodies in the UK for Rugby.
