For the foot fetish scene? It's part of the main plot and you get to meet this character. That part is not missable, but it's up to you to accept to worship her feet or not. Should you choose to interact with her, you will meet her again for a few more femdom-themed scenes (3 more scenes across both weeks so far).
There is also a softer foot worship and footjob scene towards the end of week 1 with another woman.
In week 1, you can choose not to engage in some activities and there are some instances when you choose between two paths. So there are some missable scenes/interactions.
Week 2 is pretty straightforward so far.
Since the game encompasses a large number of fetishes, it may not be satisfying for people who are interested in just one or two fetishes.

You should be able to. Save at the end of week 1, when the game tells you so. If you experience any bug, report it (not here).
There is none yet. All Jessie's content is going to be included into Week 2 - Extended Edition.
Vinovella will release it once week 2 is completed (which is not going to happen before summer).
Actually, when you will play Week 2 - Extended Edition, you could still access Jessie's scenes even without having played week 1. You should just start a new game and select Jessie among your love interests. Currently, her profile is hidden (in the Extended Edition it is going to be displayed together with Stacy, Polly/Nora, Vanessa and Chloe).
