Based on the titles on patron, extended edition (v1.09.24) is extra scenes up until Day 13.

1.10.10 goes up to Day 14, but does not contain the extra scenes from the extended version.

Would a mod be willing to add this explanation to the first post? Might relieve some of the confusion.

The extended edition is the latest update but it ends before the party at lydia's house.

That doesn't sound like a save issue. Are you sure you have the latest game version? You can try redownloading/extracting the game, maybe something went wrong there.

I had the smae problem, had to delete the persistent file of week 2 and both version of the game, later when I intalled the extended version it worked
